Nando's Style Sweet Potato Wedges (ENGLISH)

Potato wedges are irregular wedge-shaped slices of potato, often large and unpeeled, that are either baked or fried.
They are sold at fast food restaurants, and are usually seasoned with a variety of spices, commonly paprika, salt and pepper.

Ingredients:-
A few sweet potatoes
Oil for frying
Your choice of dips
Method of preparing :-
Wash and slice the sweet potatoes into wedges
Heat oil in a wok for frying
Once oil is hot start placing your sweet potato wedges into oil to fry
Fry until golden brown and then take out into strainer and serve with your choice of dips
