- Bullet Journal Ideas | How To Meal Plan: Today we are doing another Bullet Journal Setup video! I am going to share with you how to meal plan using your Bujo! Meal planning is very important to me and helps us stay on track with eating healthy and not wondering what to make for dinner. Don't you guys find that it's hard to figure out what to have for dinner sometimes? By using your bullet journal, you can easily plan your meals out in advance and make it easy to create a shopping list. Got a neat recipe that you saw on Pinterest? Creating and writing down your schedule and recipes will help connect your mind with your plans. By doing so it will help familiarize your plan of action or goals. Let me know what you think!

redcherry18 I love colors and I have fun with them, but I find black and white can be comforting and peaceful, and it’s more restful than having to decide which colors to use!

Honestly, I never had problems with my weight. I could eat whatever I wanted and still maintain normal weight, but a lot of junk food really affected my health. love it prefer the one in color, but i can t draw to save my life.
Please what is the pen you use, you note the pencil an all else but that pen, it doesnt get all sloppy when you put color on it that s amazing, never found black pen that write fine like that and that i could use liner on it
I tried to make my own diet, but it didn't work. I went to *Agoge Diet* and let them create diet plan for me. I am delighted with the result

Both of these are so cute!! I'm the same - I have to do nearly everything in my bullet journal with pencil before I go in with a pen or colour.

Most likely she waits for the ink to dry first OR she uses a pen with a fast drying time
