“I usually like what Mike likes”. Nooo ooh ohh nasty!! That’s nastier than the last one!! Mike “that’s probably that best one i’ve ever had”!!! I Love it!!
I started drinking coffee when I was 2. My grandmother would brew her coffee and pour me some in my own mug then I'd sit at her counter with her. She called it "having our morning cawchi". Needless to say I developed the taste for coffee early in life.
Surprised but happy to see others who dislike coffee as much as I do. When people ask me if I would like a coffee my answer is " maybe when I grow up and I'm 68. Gotta go, time to make a cup of tea.
OMG, I'm watching this three year old video just a few days before Christmas. Has Cal followed through on his promise? Coffee is an acquired taste, but really is fantastic aside from the mild chemical dependency... Yum.
I'm not from Naples, Italy, I was born in Northern Italy but the real Italian "espresso" coffee is from Naples. They also heat the cups .... before serving it ... and always offer a glass of mineral water before drinking the coffee. The water of Naples is particular and the coffee of Naples has a particular taste with that water ... In other parts of Italy the coffee is always "espresso" but the cups are not heated and a glass of water is not offered ... The French cousins drink the "long espresso" coffee (less concentrated than the Italian one) .... I understand the difficulties of him who knows the "espresso" well .. But you have to get used to black coffee! Everything must be loved to like it!
I couldn't agree more with Cal. I'm pushing 60 and have probably consumed the equivalent of one medium coffee throughout that time, almost all of it unknowingly. The taste not only sticks to my tongue and the roof of my mouth, it also floods my sinuses and goes right into my brain like a terrible, coffee fungus. I'd rather eat worms. Phew, got that off my chest for no reason at all! Love your music vids, all of you. So pro in all regards.
Plain black coffee is a bit of a heavy hitter for someone "new" to coffee. Milk and a bit of sugar may of helped! A's dead stare while drinking that Java was hilarious 😂
I know this video is a little old but I just recently discovered your channel. Watching you guys interact like this is as much fun as listening to your music. Jeff in Enid, OK.
Don't know why I landed on this video, but its funny as hell seeing cal trying all these things. Predictably, the drink that is least coffee-like is the winner :P. Curious about Mike's special now!
Oh my gosh, too funny. The first time I had coffee is when a highschool buddy of mine and I stopped for breakfast at a cheapo roadside diner and had a cinnamon roll a la mode with a cup of coffee . 40 some years later, I like my pour over dark roast with some half and half. Hot or iced , it doesn’t matter.
Coffee taste like asphalt at best. We learn to like it despite the natural instict to avoid bitter taste (associated with poison). We connect it with good company and breaks. Therefor we learn ourselves to like it. Som people have very good developed taste buds and it take them a long time to get used to the coffee taste.
Haha my peppermint coffee story goes back many many years ago and I stopped at a speedway gas station got a peppermint flavored coffee had two or more of the girls in the car we were taking somebody back to school and so I was driving sat down took a big slurp of this coffee it was so freaking hot and I'm like son of a bleep and then about 10 seconds later I go there's that peppermint flavor and they all laughed. 🥰🥰🥰
Was it 2:13 pm when you did this? No wonder the coffees tasted like crap! :) I bet Cal doesn't like IPA's either. It's a bitters on the tongue thang....
7.5 he likes the🧁🍨🍬peppermint...Starbucks delicious, but probably 4k in calories...Mike's sound effects hilarious, W/ the peppermint one, add a shot of peppermint snapps at the holidaze...
Definitely should have tried a double double, but with the discerning taste of a 3 year old it wouldn't have made much difference I guess. But a regular coffee with lots of milk and sugar is the way most people start (and sometimes end) their coffee journey.
I'm 100% onboard with you Cal! I don't like coffee and just masking the flavor by mixing in tons of non coffee things makes no sense! Just remove the coffee 😅
He might be better with a French Vanilla Latte with a bit of whip on top as a non-coffee drinker. Usually, extra sugar to cut the bitterness or a pinch of salt in the grinds before brewing helps for someone starting out. Interesting video though, still remember when my wife got me started on coffee. Now I use coconut milk instead of coffee cream and can't go back.
hi there thanks for sharing that little moment about coffee with me I'm just Ricky in the UK but if you want to type something nasty in the form of coffee please go to Bulgaria Burgas who is their national drink you can buy coffee anywhere the garage the paper shop every street corner at the pharmacist any supermarket every coach station and anywhere on the beach the coffee is so strong can make spoon stand upright an any food or bird you drink you will never taste it for at least a week trust me on that Bulgaria is my second home but they do lovely cocktails
Coffee choice is an important decision. My personal has been 2 cups coffee, 1 shot espresso, and 1 scoop premium vanilla ice cream. Add peppermint, caramel, or chocolate if you like.
To me coffee is like burning a pot, than putting in water to listen the burn and than drinking the water. No matter what you mix it with is still has the taste of burned pod water.
The smell of Christmas time on a coffee is nothing like coffee. Cal giving pros on Starbucks shows he doesn't know a thing about coffee. He likes the superficial thing. LOL
Poor Cal. I am one of those who has NEVER tasted coffee. The closest I come to it is a Coffee Crisp chocolate bar. Those are really good. My drug of choice is Pepsi, but I also drink tea once in a while, milk, chocolate milk, regular milk, chocolate milkshakes, grape juice and orange juice (Tropicana). My name is Derek and I AM a Pepsicolaholic.
I have drunk two cups of coffee in my life. With the first one, I found I hate the stuff. The second was bought for me by an Irsh lady nearly as tall as me, and I wanted to chase her, so I accepted it. Didn't work out with the lovely Irish lady, and I will never touch coffee again, even for my wife of 35 years. Not even on Christmas Eve with Cal and A. Sorry. Not sorry. Not one bit. :) You're a braver man than I, Cal!
A small addition ... In Italy I drank the real American Black Coffee at the "Caffè Mocambo" in the city of Taormina, Sicily ... This city has a luxury like Monaco (Montecarlo) ... Every centimeter of the city is polished as one mirror and there are precious ceramic vases with flowers in every corner ... The real Black Coffeee can be drunk in Taormina because every year there is the Taormina Cinema Festival sponsored by Maserati (manufacturer of cars with Ferrari engines) and every year there are many Americans (actors and film producers) who want Black Coffee ... In all the bars and restaurants in the city there are pictures of Audrey Hepburn (Breakfast at Tiffany's) at the time of the "Dolce Vita" ... like in "Via Veneto" in Rome ... Dear Cal in Italy a person to drink the real Black Coffee spends about EUR 1000 (USD 1190) between travel and overnight stay in Taormina ... This is to tell you that Black Coffe is a mirage for those who drink the Italian "espresso" coffee every day ... You are great in the knowledge of coffee but we are small as you can see compared to the real Black Coffee ... (every day only Italian "espresso" coffee ...)
I agree with Cal, never could stand the taste of coffee, it might smell OK but after tasting it I don't care for the smell associating it with the taste. But, I love your hair done that way with the black on top and a beautiful shade of blue on the sides. You can doctor it up but the taste of Coffee still comes through. Cover-up the taste of coffee helps, but the Taste of Coffee is still notable, Yuk! Exactly, I would have a milk shake everyday and never look back at coffee. Even Mochas etc candy with coffee favoring Ugh! Never. Some people enjoy highly doctored up disguising the coffee taste, that's not enjoying coffee so why bother??
I love coffee!!! Annalise must have gotten that from her momma ;) love the insync head nodding. Y'all are too cute! 😘
This was hilarious. Coffee can definitely be an acquired taste. Kudos to Cal for participating. You guys effin rock!
Hi, I adore yours "Tries"👍 It's nice that you've already decided to torture Cal also.😁💙💙💙
Love this tasting challenge..or how to show Cal what not to drink ever in his life. You guys are adorable and love your songs videos too..thank you!
No italian espresso ? That's the real coffee...
Yay Cal! You guys are just the best
OMG so funny, loved the twist way to go Cal. The ending had me in tears 😂
so adorable when you started to nod in sync when he said he kinda liked the 4th one at 6:15 haha
So funny so much talent .
Happy Friday! Have a awesome weekend xoxo 😘 💕🦋⭐️✨🦋♥️
Why is it so funny watching people try stuff they think is disgusting? Idk but I'm laughing all the way through! Great video guys!
I really enjoy the videos like this when you do them. We get to see a different side of you 😊
Loved bloopers in the end😄
That was really funny. Cheers,
Should have tried gas station coffee that’s been on all day.
I guess I would drink it if it’s fresh…
she is so CUTE and lovable !
“I usually like what Mike likes”. Nooo ooh ohh nasty!! That’s nastier than the last one!! Mike “that’s probably that best one i’ve ever had”!!! I Love it!!

I started drinking coffee at roughly 43. I'm just about 50. Still hate it :(
I can only tolerate it with chocolate in a moca.
You guys crack me up!
And for a change, whiskey and coffee! kkk
Love these videos..always make me laugh
Cal is so funny
1.5 ouch, I think it looks like a sip of Bailys Irish creamer in there...
Love these videos..always make me laugh
Surprised but happy to see others who dislike coffee as much as I do. When people ask me if I would like a coffee my answer is " maybe when
I grow up and I'm 68. Gotta go, time to make a cup of tea.
Suggesting also sugar cane sugar! it's pretty cool!

LOVEE these videos so funny and awesome ♥️
I laughed so hard !!!!!
The first cup "it's disgusting" 🤣
I couldn't agree more with Cal. I'm pushing 60 and have probably consumed the equivalent of one medium coffee throughout that time, almost all of it unknowingly. Phew, got that off my chest for no reason at all!
Love your music vids, all of you. So pro in all regards.
I am 100% with Cal
The eyeroll @ 8:09 is epic!
I drank a lot of Navy coffee. You have to drink it fast, not before it cools but before it eats through the bottom of the cup!
Plain black coffee is a bit of a heavy hitter for someone "new" to coffee. Milk and a bit of sugar may of helped!
A's dead stare while drinking that Java was hilarious 😂
I know will sound immense on your voice and 🎸🎹🎤
I know this video is a little old but I just recently discovered your channel. Watching you guys interact like this is as much fun as listening to your music. Jeff in Enid, OK.
This coffee taste test was hilarious. Love Annalise reaction to cal, priceless. 😂
Im with you Cal! Even while in the Army, at night when I was desperate to stay awake, I could not drink that vile stuff!
Annalise is one pretty Lady 🙂
Don't know why I landed on this video, but its funny as hell seeing cal trying all these things. Predictably, the drink that is least coffee-like is the winner :P.
Curious about Mike's special now!
Have to say it, she is so cute and love her eyes
Keurig coffee will never win anyone over with taste. Water doesn't even get close to hot enough.
Omg this was the best video ever. I can't stop laughing
No coffee?! 😳 I can’t live without coffee. 😆😆
What is the meaning of this... just give him a Bud, or a Jack...what a precious dude...
It’s all fun and games, Ron. Let us have our fun!
@@IMY2music Thats cool Anna.. need some fun these days...
I just discovered it! :D Cal is just me :)
They should make a A tries now hahaha, there must be something that Annalise never tried x'D
I love coffee, I drink a lot every day
Fru-Fru ?? I thought I was the only person that said that... I'm with him on the milk shake.
A, your bandmates have some seriously broken taste buds! 😂 But I really enjoy these series of vids.
To me, not liking coffee is like not liking pizza. I love very strong, very black, coffee. My friends call what I drink “ jet fuel.” 😁😁
This was a fun vídeo hahahahaha
Was it 2:13 pm when you did this? No wonder the coffees tasted like crap! :) I bet Cal doesn't like IPA's either. It's a bitters on the tongue thang....
He needs to try a cup of Aunt Bobbie's sweet cream vanilla latte!!!! Next visit for sure.
7.5 he likes the🧁🍨🍬peppermint...Starbucks delicious, but probably 4k in calories...Mike's sound effects hilarious, W/ the peppermint one, add a shot of peppermint snapps at the holidaze...
Sorry guys but as Italian, there is only one good coffee in the world a real Italian espresso, short, hot, black, and without sugar.
Ciao
Experiment cofee with vanilla!
lol 😂 love his reactions to coffee ☕️
Ya should of had him try light and sweet 8 o'clock Manhattan blend with regular Milk..
What does Cal like-drink daily?🤣
Peppermint all the way! My favorite flavor I same I don’t drink coffee ☕️ only way I will drink coffee I will get peppermint 😘
There's one coffee, maybe two; black, espresso. No fancy smooshy multi dollar tastes!
Definitely should have tried a double double, but with the discerning taste of a 3 year old it wouldn't have made much difference I guess. But a regular coffee with lots of milk and sugar is the way most people start (and sometimes end) their coffee journey.
you can stop at the first coffee, that is coffee!! anything else is not coffee, they are Flavoured drinks, Mot coffee....
I would love to see an "Annalise tries...". I think it's her turn now.
If you picked food y’all would of been editing for hours with how slow my man moves 😂😂😂😂😂
HAHAHAHAHA SO TRUE
I love coffee ,I really like ice coffee
I'm 100% onboard with you Cal! I don't like coffee and just masking the flavor by mixing in tons of non coffee things makes no sense! Just remove the coffee 😅
"A" You are evil!! Punishing poor Cal about coffee and giggling about it!
Cal should also try a double shot espresso or better yet Turkish Coffee
He's right about the hot rotten water...
He might be better with a French Vanilla Latte with a bit of whip on top as a non-coffee drinker. Usually, extra sugar to cut the bitterness or a pinch of salt in the grinds before brewing helps for someone starting out.

I wanna play Cal's part in this video !
Bom dia! Da para fala em português?
To me coffee is like burning a pot, than putting in water to listen the burn and than drinking the water. No matter what you mix it with is still has the taste of burned pod water.
Perfect description... hot, rotten water. I honestly don't think anybody has ever tried their first coffee and thought it was good.
Love all his faces. Im more of a sweet tea guy. If it aint sweet then you are just drinking dirty water!
Cal's YUCK reaction is even better than Mike's! Hahaha Cheers\=/\=/
The smell of Christmas time on a coffee is nothing like coffee. Cal giving pros on Starbucks shows he doesn't know a thing about coffee. He likes the superficial thing. LOL
