I know that. It's a bad habit and yet i do it for no reason. "To seem like I'm doing something too" 🤣 Also i want to get that assist, so I prefer to keep him connected on dmg boost than on heel when he is at full hp
@@NoMercy4You22 If you do it just for the assist youre providing no value to the team, youd be better off healing a full health target than damage boosting that junkrat, and depending on how long the junkrat holds that tire for the worse it is for you, while junkrat ults dmg boost your other dps/tank and they might get some kills + mercy's dmg boost makes them generate ult charge faster so its a win for the both of you just giving advice no hate twoards you
@@Mimikyuu-d3lThere was only one time when I did this and anyway I was paying attention to the team to jump quickly to help if necessary. if you watch the whole video you can ignore 5 seconds of pocket Junkrat. But I also appreciate. This makes me try not to repeat the same mistake next time !
Not gon lie it’s ok to have good movement but here’s where it lies down to you do see that the enemy kiri and Ana were putting in value to help their team
you could have blue beamed way more. 70/30 DMG boost to heal ratio is desirable. at the very start where you look at stats i can already tell you heal way too much. especially your first Valk would have been a great DMG boost opportunity, it was a low stakes team fight with a LW on your side. there was no reason for you to be healing during that at all. let your team be aggressive and actually get value off of you playing Mercy in the first place. your movement is good but your value is pretty non-existent without overwhelmingly blue beaming more. you miss opportunities to DMG boost allies that are actively engaging with enemies by having your beam on heal on a full HP ally. i suggest always pressing down on your DMG boost and flicking to heal over it, instead of defaulting to heal every time your beam connects. ik sometimes Mercy has to healbot, but generally trust your other support to do their job. your priority should be to take care of allies you other support might not have access to. a rule that i use for myself is that i take care of DPS and my other support takes care of tank. if i beam tank its generally to DMG boost unless my other support is dead or the tank needs double pocketing. a good habit to get into is also always beaming turret Bastion, high charge Zarya/Sym, scoped in Ashe/Ana and ulting allies when DMg boost helps them and they're not being Nano'd. again, your movement is good and i suggest working on your beam target priority and heal to DMG boost ratio next. that's how you get value put of Mercy and win more games.
@@Mira-yo4sh Mercy did a very good job. But that tank was diff so hard. I saw the whole clip and I can say that he used boost every time he could. In 80% of cases the team needed a heal. You can't boost someone who doesn't hit the target. It's a waste. That tank was standing still, not trying to pressure the enemy dps at all. As for dps, it seemed that they are very lost. My opinion is that you cannot save a team that depends on heal in 80% of cases ! I love your movement Mercy ! ❤
Dmg Boosting junkrat while ulting does nothing btw!
