how did you get a refund + a new key too ? its supposed to be one of them not both. Am i wrong ?

but not both refund+replace from same order.

what if they wont get you a refund and refuse?
in my case i bought a giftcard and i tried redeeming it after finding the code and it said another user has used it. The seller says he cant help and refuses the refund because quote on quote "it shows that the code has been redeemed after you have displayed it, which means we have delivered this key valid and unused". I never shared the code with anyone of the matter either and even showed the picture of me trying to redeem

hey dont worry, just create a claim and wait, seller dont get the payment after 18 days you bought, on ticket you can request a g2a to step in after 7 days, so sadly is a long process, seems you bought an ACCOUNT with the subscription.. please dont buy that, be sure to buy a KEY that you can redeem on your own account, buying accounts is just too messy.

while seller replies, you should contact also steam support and ask them to tell you the date and time that key was redeem, you need tell them you know that is not a claim with them you just need that information so the store where you putchase it can give you a refund
usually the first ticket on steam gets closed you will probably try two or three times, then take a full screen- screenshot of that conversation
