Hello Gabe, my husband and I love you, Luke, Jake, Kelly, redneck, and now Finley. We have watched everyone of your videos, and we love your family. We also watch deer meat for dinner as well. I (Debbie Fletcher) love the way you teach your boys how to fish, hunt, and just live in their best life in the outdoors. Next time yall go out shrimping keep this recipe in mine since yall love egg rolls so much.... grilled blackened shrimp, garlic herb cheese/cream cheese(70-30 blend). Scallions, jalapeño, tomatoes all diced up and mixed it with your cheeses. Season how you prefer. And single roll them in a wrap, then make a thick but not too thick beer batter and flour your egg rolls and then dip and fry. Once cooked dip into a sweet Thai chili sauce. Absolutely fire!!!!

Jake is very focused with a rod in his hand, and Luke is more excited, yet calm when he has a fish on the line, you have done a tremendous job with your boys Gabe. Ok soooooo to wrap a spring roll correctly they should be rolled as a diamond. Filling in the middle, fold bottom triangle up while rolling, then the sides, and finish off the top triangle with the egg wash to seal it up. It'll be more compact and Seal in the flavors better. Just a suggestion. Great vid Gabe. Keep em coming.

What kind of oil did you use to deep fry those egg rolls, and how long exactly do you leave them in the oil? Keep on popping those videos out like that, and teach me some more new stuff!
