This was a great interview and it's such a surprise that so few people have seen it. I love the ideas about sustainable design practices and I hope to find myself more involved in that soon!

Enjoyed this, also appreciated the interviewer's thought-provoking questions and use of quotes from Norman himself (which helped to deepen the conversation).
Don Norman is undoubtedly a sharp thinker, and I really appreciated his message about the importance of taking responsibility for making the world a better place. As UX designers, it's critical that we stay true to the values of HCD, but in the contradictory world we live in, this can be a constant challenge.
Norman's insights serve as an important reminder of the role we all play in shaping the future of design and the world as a whole.
Overall, I found the interview to be insightful and I support Don for emphasizing the importance of history and acknowledging the ways in which he may have fallen short in responding to important social events like Black Lives Matter and Me Too. but I do hope that Norman will use his platform to address important social issues moving forward.

OK Don. First of all, we have to design this system in a way that is not profit-oriented. We must destroy income inequality and the caste system. Then, maybe without these "genius" company owners (sure they are not genius, they are just ambitious about money) we can sustain our environment, and later we can talk about this "circular" economic model? Or these words you said just looks to me as a new capitalistic anti-trend like "Sustainable fashion" or "Modern hippies"
