I didn’t know the difference between all of these, great video. I like your set up with the taco but great point you don’t need much to enjoy the out doors shoes, warm clothes and a backpack for snacks plus water. Cheers everyone, get out there! 🤙🏼
I think you hit the nail on the head, just go with what you got and make great memories. In my opinion the only gear you absolutely need to go camping/overlanding/off-roading is some form of first aid(Minor injuries) and water(1gal per person) everything else will be situation dependent and over time. I wish for all the people that head off pavement would jut throw a basic first aid kit and a 40ct pack of bottle water into their rig and have fun all of which can be had under $50.
Great video. Yup, east coast sucks. I'm right next door in NJ and it's even worse than PA. We do have a bunch of state forests, but they might as well be campgrounds the way the camping spots are laid out. Of course there a are only 10 states that don't have any National Forests and NJ is one of 'em.
Some brands bluetti including over regulate the DC port. So even though on paper it can run a diesel heater, in practice since the power draw is so big and fast it makes the unit go into protection mode. Jackery units are less regulated
Do you have any experience with ecoflow? I just picked up an ecoflow Delta 2. Amazon just had a sale for like half price. I'm hoping it can run a diesel heater.@@ModernDayViking
Good video, important to know the type of camping and where and what's available.

Thank you! It's called voodoo blue
Great honest video.
so why does the jacker can run the diesel heater and bluetti can not? Genuinely curious to know. Thanks!

Dispersed camping in NF Is 16 days not 30!
That's true I misspoke, it's 15 days in one spot per 30 day period
