yes, but I don't think you can cut them out the same way. stitch files are different than files that you have created. I don't work with stitch files (i do use them, i mean i don't edit them) so I don't have much experience with that. you can always have a template for a block and stitch it out over the stipple stitches.

O this is awesome. I love how it turned out. I wished the tress were just a bit bigger in my opinion only.
