this is amazing. Gonna apply it from now on as looking back, this piece was missing from entries that got SO but then went in my direction. I LOVE WHEN YOU SHARE TID BITS THAT YOU NOTICE FROM ALL YOUR SCREEN TIME. Regarding the fib settings except for 4SD- Do you TP at those levels and/or watch for candle signatures at those levels for possible reversals?

When messure the STDV, do you include the wicks on the candle?
Great video but a close on one TF is a wick on another so what is the time frame correlation? eg HTF 15 min LTF 1 min? Hope you get my meaning.
Great video Casper! How do you set up standard deviation tool? How do you factor in the trading sessions and time if at all you do?
A great video thanks and I look forward to testing it out next week. Just one question though, the HTF/LTF relationship is obviously important. In the example you used moving from daily to 15 minute might not have worked if you had jumped down to the 5 minute because that 15 minute candle would have been made up of 3 x 5 minute candles. So which HTF/LTF combo's do you recommend?
ICT himself kinda already taught this. He has always said that candle closing through liquidty is preferred for a "real" confirmed sweep. But what your highlighting is actually a CiSD (Change in State of Delivery) This is defined as a candle CLOSE sweep through a relative euqal highs/lows liquidity level and has sweep reversal confirmed by the first opposite color candle that closes past the full body of the liquidation candle.
Really this vedio can save many trades which could hit SL ❤it is valuable content thanks from the bottom of the heart

Just a few things:
1) This entry model should only be sought between 7am - 11am NY time? Is it applicable to the PM session of NY an hour before close?
2) Is it safe to try this entry on EURUSD and GBPUSD in case NAS100 doesn't have a setup for the day?
3) Regarding timeframe correlation, you used M15 - M1, and then D1 - M15. If the POI is using H4 or H1, I'm assuming the entry is in M5?
Hey wanted to ask what time frame is best for this and if we have fvg on 1H and 4H which one we using?

Freaking amazing! By the way does it work on all fair value gaps or is it the daily that you need to mark? can we mark 1 hr or 4 hr FVG and take our entry on a 5 minute or 15 minute TF?

Is your example at 8:40 basically a iFVG? I get the strong down candle sweeping and closing, but that makes it a valid iFVG, correct? I guess like you said at the beginning of the video, there are a lot of ICT concepts and interpretations. Great video!
Used this last night for $YM1 and sheeeesh, woke up with positions closed in TP. It makes sense why you have to use all confluences!! GOOD VID

Correct me if I'm wrong. I have seen other teachings on this topic, but the main difference here seems to be 1) the piercing of the OB area or FVG and 2) the measurement is on the one candle that gets engulfed vs. the range that started the move up or down to the point of reversal. Hope this makes sense. I've watched the video three times, and this is my takeaway. I'd like to see some more examples of this unfolding in the charts.

In manipulation block some times it shows wicks do you consider closing above the wick or you see only candle? please reply

Hello Casper I have watched the video several times and I am just trying to understand that based on your back testing of this strategy, why would you have entered the trade on the break above the manipulation candle but when you explain the video you said to wait to until the candle that engulfs closes before entering? That is really confusing. Can you clear that up for me as to the correct way to enter the trade?
what if you have multiple candles closing inside of the FVG? Do you take the candle that takes out the liquidity?

I feel more confident understanding this concept. I'm applying it to past sessions, and it's impressive how accurate it is. For me, getting the mechanics is the easy part; executing is the combination of mechanics/technical analysis, confidence and conviction to let 'er rip, with the SL in place, of course.

What time zone or time am i looking for?.
Because of the large amount af variables found on a chart, you can reclasify almost any order block or pd array and add some context to it and make it "your discovery" its still an ob with some extra parameters, thats how ict ended up with 81 pd arrays, most of which are just extensions of previous pd arrays
At the end there's only a few primary pd arrays,

I have a question .I am from india and i trade in nifty and banknifty .I was stunned by fvg and order block concept i applied the same concept it was profitable and when i see nowadys sometimes poi are not tapped by the candles rather they are left behind or else tapped in other time frame .let suppose in 1M there is no fvg and 15 min there is fvg and 5M the same is tapped .can you expalin jow to deal with this and is it teally a compulsion for the ptice to come and tap or go through the poi?
Do you just keep marking every low and as soon as a candle body closes below it thats a Manipulation block regardless?
At what time you will suggest to trade with this strategy in NY time.

This is just a regular orderblock. ICT has taught that high probability orderblocks form at key highs and lows (remember PD array matrix?). He also taught the fib levels for OB ranges during private mentorship. Dexter also taught this, remember a OB is just a BB in a LTF.
