Imagine how differently this session would have gone if Joel didn’t die to a fishing rod. That one incident cost 4 people their lives
He was also one of the first people to start playing with the fishing rods
It also wouldn't have caused BDUBS death at the end. . So that's 6 bros really a menace

I love everyone else's realisation that they were actually gonna kill after Pearl's death, the mix of running away and cowering. In Grian's warning words to the Smelly Ranchers "Joel and Etho are unhinged, they don't care, they WILL just run up to you and kill you",, if this is what the red name brings, I'm all for it. BRING THE CHAOS
My issue with Double Life is that it snawballs too hard. Previously survivors stuck togather and there were usually few red names. In Double Life, it is far too easy to kill someone, so red names spread super quickly, and when they do, they do not have to prepare traps, since they can just hunt down survivors 4v1.
We will get at most 2 more episodes.

I'm talking abt how everyone was gathering around the boat bros and was enjoying the show but then as soon as Pearl died, everyone screamed and Grian went "Scar, that's our cue to leave, I didn't expect them to actually kill", then they retreated followed by Scott saying pls don't kill Pearl again and retreating back to his Ranch plus everyone being wary and scared of them. The change in mood after he killed Pearl made everyone be aware that there is a chance of a rampage, that moment had nothing to do w the other series that btw I did watch
@@cairne3696 - I mean, to be fair, they did mention this mechanic being quite chaotic during the testing of it. So I feel like this was all expected from the start. But they might also try to extend this series and make it more interesting by avoiding just hunting one another down, instead opting to try and use traps to kill people. But who knows. I guess we’ll just have to wait & see what happens.

From Grian’s perspective it felt like you and Etho were out to get him the entire time, but from yours you just seem to have embodied chaos incarnate. Kinda funny how one perspective can make so much of a difference in how a session is viewed.

i love how whenever joel is on red life, it's like a major switch, he just goes on a chaos murderous rampage that scares everyone
This was definitely one of the most chaotic of any episodes in third life, last life, and double life.
Having Joel on red killing someone, Etho on a horse with diamond armor and having an arrow stuck at the back of his head, and Grian just standing there on green with what looks to be an enchanted rod in his hand is probably the best thumbnail to sum up what just happened.
imagine if etho had taken off the horse armor after all that lol

Scar stealing the enchantment table is so predictable to happen, yet it never gets old. The fact that he still alive, was amazing.

I would like to point out how that death was both Pearl and Grian's fault, Pearl said she only went down five hearts while she went down to three, so Grian went up two more blocks where it would kill the first person with fall damage.
Oh my goodness that bit with Grian and the fishing rods made me laugh so hard I almost cried, that was gold!

I just realized, Grian and Scar are still green! Everyone else is yellow or red. Why not even the playing field?
Some of the reds or yellows could distract Grian as, say the ranchers burn the pandas, then Etho and Joel takes care of Scar and Grian, who ended the boat boy’s yellow life.
