Manoj Sir rightly pointed out that giving 17-19 crores to Foreign batsman playing at 5 & 6 is a Bizzare Strategy given they will face very few balls and secondly expecting a genuine pace Indian bowler at 5cr is not happening. Giving 28 cr to Top 3 batsman and then giving 19 cr to no. 5, 6 batsman.. (balance of your purse is very bat heavy and makes me nervous).
The most important part that we have missed in the past is having great leaders in the team. All the top sides in ipl who regularly finishes top 4 has fantastic leaders in the lineup. I hope we do well this season.
