Hi airtimbuk2 , if the plane on takeoff was fully loaded over MTOW then how can it cruise so high at FL410 in some plane ? The air is so thin that a heavy plane sometimes can't even reach the level
you would have to fly at a lower flight level until you burn enough fuel so the plane will be lighter, then you would be able to climb to 410.
