Thank you for trying out both New Viseart palettes. You're the only one...😢 for now... I love love their quality. So easy to use, failproof and Travel friendly. ❤ Violette étendu, Paris édit, theories absinthe and améthyste. I just picked up Cashmerie because you adore it and Neutral mattes... Can't wait to try it out. Have a good day with your loved ones. Bye from France.
Thanks so much for watching today. I really love the quality of Viseart, and so many of their color stories really call to me. I love that they released these cooler toned palettes for fall. I hope you love the Cashmerie as much as I do, and I find the neutral mattes endlessly useful. I use neutral mattes all the time.
I just ordered this today after eying it since it launched. I know I will get a lot of use of these shades. I have so many Viseart eyeshadows and this will be a welcomed addition to my collection. So pretty!
I hope you enjoy it. I think it's exactly what I've been needing to help me use more purple. I love purple in clothing, but I've never been comfortable wearing it as eyeshadow. I definitely want to get over that, so I'm glad there's a palette with these less intense shades to help ease me into wearing more purple. I'm glad you were able to pick this up.
Thanks, the earrings are actually 2 separate pair. The safety pins are earrings in their own right, but I like to dangle them as "charms" from my small, plain hoops. I really like the shades in this palette, and I'm glad I'm stretching myself into purple tones.
I'm such a huge fan of Viseart. They make one of my favorite formulas. I also really love the two new palettes they released. They're just the sort of color stories I'm craving this fall.
Omg that swatch bottom right 3rd one over looks just like the color I was searching for Busted from Urban Decay Naked 2 pallet … girl I love every one of those colors!!!! 😃😃😃😃😃😃😃 so pretty that kinda reminds me of the glam pallet … hope u ha I g a great day 🤍🤍🤍
I really like the tones in this palette, and I'm sure it will be endlessly useful. I'm also glad that all of these are magnetic so I can pull out a few and create my "perfect" color story.
You already have a wonderful collection. These are the sorts of palettes I would've picked up even without a YT channel, but I'm glad to have the "excuse" to try so much great makeup. Thanks for watching.
Uhhh woman I love this palette! I am sold to plummy browns and mauvy shades. I have enough for now but next autumn-winter I will use this palette. What about kitten mishief to combine with the eye look you created?
I didn't think about kitten mischief. I'll have to try it next time I wear this palette. I was surprised how much I really liked this color story even using the metalic purple. I know I didn't pack it on, but I was proud of myself for moving out of my comfort zone. I know that I'll reach for this palette a lot in the future. Thanks so much for watching today.
Stunning Look ❤ as you mentioned the Myth Velvet I thought your look also has a lot of Lisas Myth Palette Vibes.. so beautiful 😍 as I have that myself I am inspired to pop that palette out tomorrow and I am kinda pleased I decided to first pick up the Charmeuse only, I might leave it at that 😊
I love the Myth palette. The shade Victorian Trim has more of a warm lean to it, and takes the palette into a different color story, but there are some over laps. I haven't played with the Myth palette in a while, and I should pull it out. I was sure I would prefer the Charmeuse palette over this Vespertine, but now, I'm not sure. They're both lovely. Thanks so much for making the time to watch today.
Thank you for uploading so quick! I like this palette better than the cartruse, bye your video. I love the neutral mattes in this palette. Especially the light one. I always want a color that is close to my skintone. This sets it appart from the original cashmirie. Now I am torn between those 2.
I really though you might like this palette. It's a softer take on the original Violette, and it's perfect for everyday looks. I really wanted to try these two palettes out as soon as they arrived, so I will give a complete review at a later date. Most shades feel like the Viseart quality that I'm used to. There are a few of the shimmer shades in the Charmeuse palette that are a bit harder pressed than I expected, and apply better with a brush than a finger. I feel like the metallic purple in this palette applies best with a brush too. I tend to use my fingers for application with most shimmers/metallics for maximum impact, so it was interesting to discover that these did better with a brush.
My favorite lipstick to wear with palettes in the plum range is So 90's by Charlotte Tilbury. Although it's in her matte range, it's not too matte and it isn't drying. I have the same coloring you do. I think you'll like it. Also you'll be happier with a mauve blush. Thanks for your review. My palette comes today. You got me excited about it all over again. 💚
I thought I was reaching for a more mauve toned blush, but it's peachier than I thought. I don't have the So 90s lipstick from CT, but I do have several that are similar. I'll start playing around with blush and lip pairings when I reach for this palette. Thanks so much for watching today, and I hope you enjoy your new Viseart palette!
I absolutely love Viseart! I think the quality is oh so lovely and I am very much into the softer, yet elevated eye looks that I get from their palettes. I currently have the Midsommer, Fleurette Amour, Fleurette Coeur, and Lilas Deux. I used to have the original Violette Étendu but I did end up decluttering it. It was absolutely beautiful and the formula was what you would expect from Viseart but I just found myself reaching for it less and less. The purples were a bit more…colorful…bolder, I guess, than what I wanted. This new one, the Violette Vespertine, is exactly what I’ve been hoping Viseart would release. Needless to say, I am definitely picking this one up and since Viseart has their Black Friday Sale going right now, I think it’s the perfect time to place an order. I’m just trying to settle on what else I want to pick up right now. I’ve been eyeing the Paris Edit for awhile but I am also torn between the original Cashmerie and the Cashmerie Charmeuse.
I LOVE Viseart too! I feel like they have such an amazing formula. You wouldn't be upset with any of the choices you're considering right now. They're really lovely color stories. Every time Viseart has a sale, I look over what there is, and I realize I already have exactly what I want from the brand. I love the less saturated palettes and Cashmerie is one of my most used ones. I'm going to let it rest while I get better acquainted with the new Vespertine and Charmeuse palettes. Thanks so much for watching today.
@@thelipstickgal Before Viseart revealed the Vespertine and Charmeuse, I was planning on picking up the new Em Cosmetics palette (I am loving that cool-tone color stories are having a moment right now). Is there enough of a difference between Saturn’s Return and Vespertine to have both (or all three with Charmeuse)?
@@ajeanne4 I don't think you need all three. (Saying this after having purchased all three 🤦♀️) If you like grey tones, pick up Saturn's Return. If you're a purple lover, get the Vespertine. If you like a mix of both warm and cool with a desaturated lean, get the Charmeuse. I feel like 3 new palettes all at the same time is overwhelming. I wish they weren't all releasing at the same time. I want time to play and fall in love with a palette. I feel like when there is this much newness, it's overwhelming.
They're both beautiful. Only pick up what you think you'll use the most. I have the ability to pick up most of the new releases that catch my fancy for my channel. If I didn't have this channel, I wouldn't have nearly as much makeup as I do right now.
Very pretty look! I have Cashmerie and Paris and I don’t feel the need for this one, but good for you pushing past your comfort zone! (I also have ND retro which I think has a lot of these kinds of shades)
Thanks so much for watching today. I have been thinking about the ND retro palette, but never get around to picking it up. I feel like there are several similar shades in the Paris Edit and Cashmerie that could get you to a similar place. What I love about Viseart is that their shades are all magnetic. You could pull a few shades from each of those palettes, and get something very similar.
@@thelipstickgal Good point re them being magnetic! I never think to re-arrange my magnetic palettes. The Retro always pleasantly surprises me. It definitely has a purple theme, but whenever I open it I'm reminded just how versatile it is, not unlike the one you reviewed.
@@QuinceyG I don't have the cherry lime, but I'm always keeping my eye open for these in store. I haven't ever seen them in real life yet. They're always sold out. 🤷♀️ Maybe that's good because it keeps me from picking up more.
@@thelipstickgal they literally only had that Ike shade 😂 I put in on after lunch. It may be soon, but I think I need them all and I won’t be investing in the high end lip oils 😂
Of the two new releases, I thought that I’d prefer the previous palette, but I think I actually like this one. I don’t know if I’ll pick it up-no rush-It’s just funny that of all the wild colors and sparkles that I use, I rarely touch purples!
I would love to wear more colorful eyeshadow on the regular, but I'm slowly moving into that range. 3 years ago, I was only reaching for neutral tones. I've started to wear pink, purple and the occasional blue. My favorite "color" to wear is green, but it's so close to brown that it's an easy stretch for me. I need to pull out my special shades from Clionahd and Give Me Glow and proudly wear my sparkly and fun shades. Thanks for reminding me about them.
@@thelipstickgal You look great in greens! Green is my favorite, but I will wear even the brightest shades because it makes me happy. But, reds and oranges are my favorite avant-garde colors. ☺️ It’d be interesting to see how you would incorporate something like Clionahd. I haven’t taken the plunge on them yet. I actually dipped into my Terra Moons yesterday- so pretty!
I like this one! Hey, can I ask what do you use as skin prep for the Natasha Denona concealer? I STILL cannit get it to look smooth. Im going to try a sponge tomorrow, and if that doesnt work im going to get rid of it. I keep having to cover it up with the It bye bye concealer to make it look better.
Ok, for skin prep: I exfoliate once a week. I use MaeLove's Glow Maker, Peach and Lily's Glass Skin Refining Serum, the Beauty Pie Collagen Peptide Cream, and my SPF. Sometimes I'll switch it up if I need more exfoliation or more hydration. Then I just put on corrector/concealer/foundation. My concealer changes, but not my skin prep. With my combo skin, I make sure to exfoliate and hydrate. It makes such a difference for me.
Lately I am also into medium level contrast with a bit of dusty colors (with some gray in it), and this makes it possible for me to adventure into colors that are normally not my first choice. This applies to lipstick or eye shadow colors :)
I'm really liking these slightly dusky tones that aren't super saturated. I also have been craving cooler shades for the eyes anyway. I'm glad to have picked up both of these new palettes.
Stone Mac lip liner I just found yesterday would maybe go I don’t have it yet bc it was out of stock had to order of course 🤣 or Lala Natasha Denona lip crayon would go good with that mauvie purples maybe they look like a mauvy taupe nude it’s hard to describe lol I’ve been searching for the lipstick to go with them too I like Pat McGrath Nude Venus with them for now is my fav combo liners

I just didn't take the time to really dig when I was applying this yesterday. Thanks for watching. I will check the Stone lip liner from MAC next time I'm at Ulta. My local store sometimes has surprising things in stock.
