I legitimately see this becoming a popular gamemode. Its CS for carguys. Just think of the extra things you can add.
For the cars you could add attachments like a ramp, forklift thingy, different guns/cannons, armour
For abilities you could add explosives (like a suicide car), a timed scout drone, flashbang headlights?,
You could even add different car types for strategic purposes.
Maps are already plentiful inside beamng, and custom built maps arent unfounded.
There could be an economy in it aswell. Damage tracking / planting decides rewards/renumeration, which would allow you to purchase the aforementioned abilities
This is a really fun idea, and I think it could take off if the right people commit to it. Thanks @CarMighty for making the video, comedic as always, while still retaining the competitive and strategic experience of CS.

This is the best gaming video I have ever watched. It made me laugh, it was super interesting, entertaining, it gave me nostalgia and every other positive feeling. BeamNG Drive is a fun game already, combined with Multiplayer I thought it would be perfect, but including the gameplay of CS:GO and then that nostalgic GTA Music I heard every day in 2018 to 2019 was the cherry on top.
