Thank you for making these videos, I was born in Israel but moved to America when I was 3. Even though I go to Israel to see my cousins every summer, my Hebrew is not that good… Lately I’ve been tired of communicating with my cousins through and gestures and my limited vocabulary in Hebrew. So I’m really happy I stumbled upon your channel, because in the several weeks of watching your videos, I’ve learned so much! :)

In Tel Aviv me and another guy from our travel group spoke with a nice older Jewish lady who asked us if we were married or had kids, when we said no she said "why not?" and told us to go find nice young women to marry. She was really sweet and even knew that neither of us were Jews. She just wanted Hashem's creation to multiply, and it was apparent she wanted good for us.
Israel has a big population density compared to the size of its territory. But I also know that most of the population lives in big cities, leaving some remote areas almost uninhabitated. Thank you very much Doron for this interesting and informative video 🌻🍀🌻🍀
Considering that accommodation is pretty expensive, could you please make a video that would show us the types of apartments and/or houses for rent and their prices? I'm very curious to know that.
Thank you for the videos. It would be good if you could return to the soft subtitles, rather than a burned ones. It makes rewinding and translation much easier when you can copy phrases from the youtube directly.
Excellent video. However, I hear that Israel needs MORE people to do all the required jobs. Outside of Israel we are told to go to Israel and help with farm work and other jobs. Now because of the war , we are told Israel needs more young people for the military. Maybe the issue is that most in Israel want to live in the cities. From what I'm told, I'm wondering if there are areas in Israel where people don't presently live but that could be developed without impacting the parks or nature reserves.

With a more secular population, are the religious mitzvot still a driving force for having children? Oh, and just a suggestion. If you're going to use open captions, can you use a type style without the black-outline-on-white? The contrast makes it tougher to read on light backgrounds. Better yet, create the closed caption so that youtube users can control the background and opacity.
High population density should be the worse thing to happen to Israel. Unfortunately, terrorism and wars contribute to keeping the population number down. And if one wants smaller classes, the solution is to pay the teachers more.
Israel is the only affluent country in the world w a population increase from birth. Without immigrants the US population would be shrinking, & this is so for all modern industrialized democracies, except Israel.
The system of paying the same amount of child allowance regardless of income is the same as we have in Canada. It's called a universal system. Canada is extremely generous with its child allowances yet women do not have children. All it does is encourage immigration because non-western immigrants are not used to getting money for having babies. But that's not the case in Israel. Fertility treatments are mostly free here too.
I like how many children are in Israel. Regarding to Malka words - women need to bring 3 children for population to reproduce. So it looks like a wrong theory if we want "to multiply". Anyway, "Over the coming decades, global fertility is predicted to decline even further, reaching a fertility rate of around 1.8 in 2050, and 1.6 in 2100-well below the replacement level. By 2100, only six of 204 countries and territories (Samoa, Somalia, Tonga, Niger, Chad, and Tajikistan) are expected to have fertility rates exceeding 2.1 births per female. The TFR in Western Europe is predicted to be 1.44 in 2050, dropping to 1.37 in 2100, with Israel, Iceland, Denmark, France, and Germany expected to have the highest fertility rates at between 2.09 and 1.40 at the end of the century." - Lancet
It's not in my plans to birth and also give birth in Israel. But I realy like that there isn't such agressive child birth propoganda sponsored bu the goverment as it is in Russia where I'm from
I am sorry to hear about the attitudes; I am childfree by choice and would get very upset when people would ask me when (my ex and) I were having children, and asked why not. I don't ask parents why did they choose to have children, when they could have used birth control. When I phrase it like that, they get it. This planet is so overpopulated. Todah rebah!
I don't know your nationality . . . & Israel is the only affluent country in the world w a population that is increasing thru birth. All other affluent industrialized nations are shrinking & need immigrants to make a balance. It's reaching a crisis level in Japan & South Korea. There aren't enough working adults to take care of old people, & keep a strong economy going. It's complicated . . . .
You need 3 children avg in order to get proper replacement of your elderly population. A population with an avg lower than that is doomed to shrink, weaken and maybe even dissappear entirely. Ur free to do whatever u want but society should support child birth. Its way better to keep u irritated than to replace your population with arabs and asians

Approx 1/3 of Jews in Israel are religious. And they have a higher birthrate so in future will be a larger proportion
shalom what is this word or meaning can you explain in english בםז

The Negev... lol

The Korean government should have never implement any type of birth control.

she will receive
because family in hebrew it's singular female.

Hi, Are child allowances only for the Jewish population or for everyone?
Same laws for all israeli citizens
For all.
