this scene feels very different when you dont have to watch three episodes and watch pretty much the same thing over and over with little bits added to it
I love that even in 2x01, you can faintly hear Kate calling Jack's name through the vent. I would've never caught that little bit of foreshadowing if I didn't have subtitles on when I initially watched this.
Game of thrones was amazing till the last season which just let everyone down but apart from that the acting and the storyline was amazing one of the best shows ever made that and peaky blinders and vikings and umbrella academy
Bulled would have pierced a hole in the metal before hitting Kate. Her blood would probably start dripping through the hole, or she would have groaned.
because they refered it as the 'hatch' before they opened it, they didn't know what's inside. (But they still call it like that after so idk). Like 'pressing the button' and not typing the code
yes when you rewatch lost you realize how much insufferable Jack was, sawyer was the hero and Hurley was the saviour and John the soul, Miles and Jin were common sense. Kate and Jack were loathsome.
It was quite spooky when it was first introduced, it's after they get rid of it (because they have no more use for it) and they turn the show into a almost pure soap opera with Ben and Juliet that it seems contrived. Ben dissing the hatch and inputing the numbers is a sign that the writers didn't know what to do with the hatch. They didn't know how to make Locke a leader after they had him use that preacher voice there was no way they could play the series straight with the actual Locke alive and in charge.
I love how locke is so calm. Desmond points a gun to him and ask "who's that?!" And locke is like "oh yea that's my homie jack"
You definitely never want to excite someone who's got a gun pointed at you and a finger on the trigger.
John Locke was so excited and curious to be in the hatch. He was giving Desmond all the correct answers willingly. He could barely contain himself.
Man! Desmond was such an incredible character
Still is!
Remember watching this for the first time. So tense
The moment when music started was crazy and surreal.
That would be quite a shocker. You finally get inside a mysterious hatch on a mysterious island, and you find someone you know in there.
If I ever become a multi billionaire (unlikely) I will build an identical functional replica of The Swan. Can you imagine how awesome that would be?!
Emp and all huh lol
Can you imagine how many people you could get to push the button? Have you thought of that!!
I would buy an island first
I’ll help haha
You’d need to hire a button pusher too
that would be jack. that line is delivered so hilariously

I havent seen one of those in 20 years >>>> mother of foreshadowing
How?
is this what you were talking about locke? is this your destiny? all roads lead here!....classic dialogue.
Yea, and then see the guy he actidently met three years ago.

What’s the foreshadowing? Don’t worry I’ve watched the show - I just don’t remember what you’re talking about.

Not "Game of Thrones" , Not "The Walking Dead" , Not "Breaking Bad".... LOST is the best TV Show of all Time ! We Need this show back!
Agree 1000000% no show will ever top this NEVER
Game of thrones was amazing till the last season which just let everyone down but apart from that the acting and the storyline was amazing one of the best shows ever made that and peaky blinders and vikings and umbrella academy
Sopranos and The Wire are better than all these shows
"My name's Desmond" love the way he says that, he's so precious 💕
Locke and Jack are my 2nd and 3rd favourite characters respectively, my 1st favourite is Sawyer
You know that beep means it’s 4 MINUTES
Best show of all time
Amazing editing on your part, OP. Props
In the game: Sons of the Forest, you will find your own hatch
7:56 I wonder if that had actually hit and killed Kate, how long would it have taken for them to find her?
Bulled would have pierced a hole in the metal before hitting Kate. Her blood would probably start dripping through the hole, or she would have groaned.
Few days? Rotting corpse smells bad.
... Or I blow his head off, brother! XD
i love Evangeline Lilly she is so fine in this show still is
The funny thing is everyone is Desmond's brother, l know right?!
You won your like
Im watching this to solve vehicle simulator :P
I like chocolate 🍫kate wish I was there
You know why GTA v-
Just being nitpicky, but I never understood why they called the bunkers "hatches". That's like calling a house "a door".

I still don't understand anything
Fair haha
Never liked jack and never will. One of the most cocky characters ever.
What? He's my favorite character. He's a leader and cares about others.
I used to hate him, but he changed a lot, in the final season i even percieved him as humble
Jack was my go to character man, his progression was the absolute best. Now Locke on the other hand, I never cared for.
I hated him from episodes 1-120 I finally liked him in the last scene

The whole hatch thing was never as interesting as the show wanted it to be. The best thing that happened to it was when it finally blew up.
