Imma push back on your opinion about the rotating bezel. For me, it is an absolute deal breaker. I have a gear s2 that I replaced with a galaxy watch classic and now have the watch 6 classic. After working in construction all those years and constantly getting dust and debris on it, hitting it against things (sometimes quite hard), and scraping it against wood, concrete, screws, etc. I have never had an issue with my bezel. Sometimes, it can get a little rough, but after playing with it for a few seconds, it smooths back out. When I was upgrading from my galaxy watch, I considered getting the ultra and was willing to pay for it, but it just wasn't worth it to me to pay more and not get a crucial feature that has been the primary reason that I stick with galaxy watches. Rotating bezel gang for life. And besides, if you're working out and all sweaty (or have paint or other stuff on your hands like I find myself sometimes) it's nice to have a way to manipulate the device without getting water/sweat on the screen and not having it bug out and zip back and forth and click random things. Just my opinion. Still a cool watch tho.
I have the 4 classic and the 6 classic and there the same watch just a smaller rotating bezel. You might as well wait for the next watch if you don't like the ultra. To be honest. I never even use my rotating bezel. I just use the screen
I think your charging issue is related to the charger. I bought the Samsung charger for $14.00, and my Galaxy Watch Ultra is only taking 35 minutes to charge from 25% to 95%.
@@michamai76 Actually the watch did not come with a charger, only the USB-C Cable at least here in the US. I really am enjoying my Watch Ultra! The fitness tracking has been on point and the smart features are undeniable. My one complaint would be the charging speeds, but overall would recommend this to anyone wanting a combination of a sports watch and a smartwatch.

I upgraded from the Galaxy 5 Pro soon as the Ultra 7 was released, and I'm still quite impressed with the watch overall. The screen resolution and brightness are beautiful to look at, and I have zero issues reading it outside in the sunshine. I usually get 3 full days of battery life, and I also wear it at night for sleep tracking, which has been great. It's unreal all of the metrics that it tracks at night and I can tell if I'm getting sick simply by my body temperature change which I can then counter act with a little more sleep and rest to avoid getting sick. The bad is extremely comfortable, and I do get a ton of compliments on the watch, more so than any other watch I've owned, to be honest. I also charge soon as I get up when needed, and it typically takes 1.5 hours. Of course, it would be nice to charge in less than an hour, but it's not a deal breaker.
I can't go back without the rotating bezel... I tried with the Galaxy Watch 5 Pro, wasn't happy. Got the Galaxy watch 6 classic and reminded me how much I love the physical rotating bezel. The Ultra is lacking reverse charging... Long charging times. Nah I'm good. I'll wait for next year.
@Tha-King-Arthur I'm using the watch as we speak. It does everything very well while looking stylish and at a great price. The ultra is not running laps on the 6 classic.
@@carlos53k The Classic 6 is a very nice watch because of the rotating bezel, but it is definitely worse than the Ultra. And I should know because I wore the watch for over 1.5 years. At one point during a 1.5 run workout I had a battery loss of 25%, while on the Ultra this is less than 10%.

I’ve decided to move away from Samsung watches after experiencing persistent overheating issues with the last four I owned. Despite Samsung replacing them, even with different models, the problem persisted. This occurred with simple tasks (like workout mode). One watch just overheated doing nothing at all. Forget multitasking (like working out and listening to your music). A quick Google search reveals this has been a longstanding issue, with the Galaxy Watch 5, the last model I bought, receiving 73% negative feedback on their own website. Unfortunately, Samsung seems aware of the problem but hasn't fixed it, possibly due to processor issues. It's unfortunate because Samsung makes great phones, which I prefer over my iPhone. However, the watches just haven't met my expectations. Currently, I’m using an Apple Watch Ultra 2 without any issues. I wish I could stay on Android, but I’ve been let down too many times by Samsung's watches. If Samsung was feeling froggy and wanted to give me one, I'd give it a try. I want to love them and I want to love this watch. Too scared to give my money to a company that doesn't care about their watches.
I had to factory reset my galaxy watch 5 twice for overheating and excessive battery drain. It’s behaving well now that I’ve given it to my son. I have an Apple Watch series 9 and much prefer it. Samsung watches are so laggy.

I just switched from a GW5 to the PW3 in combo with a P8P. And I can tell you, the Pixel watch integrates much better with fewer bugs alongside a pixel phone than the Galaxy watch did. No they are not good. Just expense version of cheap Chinese watches. Not accurate at all
It's the sensors that are absolute pile of shi, compare it to its competitors like Apple, Oura, Whoop, Garmin and more; the sleep detection is abysmal, so is health/gym tracking. It's worse than Huawei watches, yes it looks good but it's no point when it's poor at it's job of accuracy.
I've been looking to move back to Android and the only watch that's good is the Pixel watch which has a shi fitbit subscription.
It looks so ugly even if you try hard to love it.
Beauty is in the eye of the beholder.....
That thing is way too big for most people's wrists. Major wrist biscuit mate
Looks huge. Invalidates everything else.
Well, that is pretty normal for a high end fitness device... apple watch ultra, Garmin Fenix, etc... the size adds increased durability and battery
Sorry Ryan, but this is NOT the best smartwatch, bro. The pixel watch3 is kinda cool, but the apple watch is the best damn one on the market. I wish it could be used with Android 😢
I will agree, Apple allowing their watch to be used with android would probably score them quite a bit of sales.
Its not worth switching to their stranglehold ecosystem juat for a watch.
🍏🤔
Not necessarily, I'd say they're neck and neck. Galaxy watches have some things they do better than the apple watch. Native stress tracker, native water tracker, better stock apps(excluding email and messaging), better typing experience, better looking. I give apple watch the edge on 3rd party apps, haptics, and bluetooth range and 3rd party accessories
Nah apple watch boring as he'll just like the iPhone to me the galaxy watch ultra is better it can do alot and it's Def accurate
Yeah I have Apple Watch Ultra gen 1 and the Galaxy Watch Ultra. The Galaxy Watch Ultra is the best Galaxy watch but man it's still way behind the Apple Watch. The new bio sensor is also very inaccurate
