ABSOLUTELY agree in regards to the veggie Indian dishes being underrated. If I make a curry from scratch, I always make a veggie curry. Delicious. Also, massive Peep Show fan and you should absolutely do the Indian from the show. Perhaps do the Moroccan dishes too 😉😉😉 "it's time for cheese and lettuce".
Keema naan is marinated lamb with spices basically And pashwai naan is nuts and sultanas and cinnamon I think ? Indian is my favourite takeaway it’s just magical 🧙♀️
I wish there was an indian restaraunt somewhere in the states that delivered like this. Every place I have ever been to be all extra. Absolutely correct, he always uses the fries and bread with the beans and tomatoe puree in every breakfast challenge. He should have used the fries and bread on the "mushy/runny" food.

Lime pickle is one of my favourite things in the world, I bit like cigarettes. The first time you have it you cannot believe anyone could get involved in the nonsense but the second time you get involved usually after several pints it's the best thing ever! I'm glad to say the cigs were not a good idea so just go for the lime pickle and get involved in it's complex flavour.

Indian veg food is the best vegetarian food in the world. Mainly because it's deeply embedded in Hindu culture.
A lot of Indians are vegetarians, so they are pretty good with that stuff.
