Looks like your bearing angle W25 20N is not right, it should be W65 20N to close the area, or N25 20W

Hi po! actually minutes is the smallest unit of degrees...it can still be located using a protractor but too small.
Line 4 to 1 direction should be north to west not west to north.
Line 2 and 3 dapat South to East not east to south and line 4 north to west
It should be also S48deg 40’W.
