Actually i m better at sweeping than just plain shredding on one or 2 strings. Idk how or why but the sweeps just came much more naturally for me. The fast scale runs are the ones i suck at VERY BAD
@@WingedCharmeleon I can do the sweeps but can't do phrases before and after it properly on alternate picking so I use economy picking and it sounds trash. Can you help me?
@@_utsav not really sure how to help, but if you mean you want to improve economy picking, just look up some stuff with it and play it over and over. I think John 5 does a lot of it. If you want to improve alternate picking just take a scale form like mixolydian and run them up and down over and over. Try using a metronome too :) When you get that down just work on the solo phrase by phrase until its clean. All about repetition and practice. Good luck bro

I tried to learn this song a few years ago but stopped because I never found out how to play that stupid part at the end. I just literally laughed out because it's so easy... after all this time, thx man ;)
I know that is natural minor or aieolian but is it also a little bit harmonic minor maybe if my ear is correct. ill just learn it and find out thanks Carl as always.
