Incredible, honest and very helpful content
Great video. Love all of your GMU breakdowns!
If and when I draw a premium unit, I will definitely be contacting you. Will also get in touch for a scouting package or a drop camp. Thank you.
Awesome thanks for info
Thanks! Just got a tag!
Congrats!
I drew this tag this year and can’t wait 🎉 early archery
23 country is ruthless. Went there on a bear hunt in ‘21. Only units I can compare from my experiences are 27 and 34A (high country).
23 and 27 can be brutal but they produce giants in every species
Tim I hav 23 elk points if I draw I will be in touch!
7 saum will do the trick😊
Tim I hav a 23 late coos tag, where’s do I hunt?
Awesome breakdown, God knows 23 will kick your ass sideways. Only unit with mini grand canyons everywhere. Lol
With that said, I want to use your guide services
For sure hit me up on one of the links in the description to this vid👍
@@timmywinslow absolutely dude. Always love your content. I’m born and raised in Arizona, and I love your channel. Any chance we get a breakdown on a archery strategy with low points again this year?
I drew the unit 23 late rifle hunt. After talking with 5 outfitters in the unit. I donated the tag. 5 outfitters and almost a 10K cost for my hunt. No thanks. Decided to save my money and try for a sheep hunt.
Dont want to try on your own? I drew this tag also with 2 buddies for the december hunt
No, after waiting 20 plus years I don’t want to do it halfway. Too big to scout in a day or two. I would need 3 friends for help to get one out. My rifle is setup for 300 yards. I can get two good trips for the price that I was quoted. I can drew the tag next year if I want. Time for me to scout outfitters and the right unit for me
Sitting water for elk (or any animal) is about as fun as watching grass grow!! If elk didn’t bugle and turkeys didn’t gobble and you couldn’t call them in I wouldn’t hunt them.
Dude let people scout on their own!!! Why are you You tubers doing this? And then you wonder why we can’t draw tags … smh stop the madness and just hunt .
Is tony wise related to u?
He’s a professional guide and outfitter and UA-cam is a platform for him to share his expertise with us for FREE. If anything it allows people to go out and scout on their own because of the knowledge he’s sharing. This is helping the DYI hunter while also helping his business grow for those who do want an outfitter as well. Wouldn’t you do the same if it were your business? I sure would. Not sure what state you’re in but in Arizona guiding and outfitting is just part of hunting due to the scarcity of tags and reputation of big animals. It’s always been that way. And compared to most states, Arizona treats its residents great. They only give up to 10% of tags to non residents. It’s inevitable that the west is growing in population. Just means that for the tags you do get, you’ll have to work harder and be better and compete. That’s life. A lot of hunters were part of the boomer generation and they’re slowly dying off. And it may suck to not get drawn as often as you’d like to, but the more hunters we have the better. The antis are coming for us dude. Look what’s happening in Oregon and Washington. And I bet Colorado will be next. Don’t think for a second that they won’t try and infiltrate other states. We need more hunters so we can stand up to their bs when the time comes
I laugh at unit 23 being called a physically demanding hunt . I’ve hunted elk in Montana and Idaho that make that place look like Disney world
