Mina-san, next time, do try the Paper Tosai. It is a very crispy version of the Plain Tosai you ate. In some places. it comes in a large, even giant, sized rolled cylinder shape. Its a bit oilier (they use Ghee) but very crispy and tasty.
It was commonly known as breakfast .. selling at Mamak (indian muslim) but in this modern day , we can eat it at all time and everyone knows to make it (maybe not pro)

Try Naan with Palek paneer (spinach gravy) and add Cottage cheese. A bit expensive here in Singapore but it's nice!
