Nope, you don't make enough money for a house just yet. It's one thing to pay the mortgage, but you need to be able to pay for the maintenance and repairs. You don't want to buy a house and then HAVE TO live to work because you are house poor. This guy doesn't realize how much work and money, beyond paying the mortgage, that is involved with home ownership!
