    Hello Ipsita Ma'am,
You create amazing content, and I truly enjoy watching your videos. For this video, I feel it could be even better if the content was simplified a bit to make it more accessible. Also, structuring the video to grab attention within the first few seconds would help keep viewers engaged. Keep up the great work!

Hi Inpsita, this 3 step framework is amazing. I have come across your channel through Ishans's Prodcast.
I have watched almost all the videos of yours.
I heard the word 'Social Anxiety' many times in your videos.
So, could you please make the next video on...
    How To Overcome Social Anxiety?
Tell me if it's possible for you or not, because I am waiting 🙏💓🙏

hey, I have this friend of mine who's kinda attached to me and we have been friends for almost 2 years now, but now-a-days it's like I've got busy with school and other exams and our call hardly lasts 10-15 mins. And this is becoming one of the reasons for our conflicts as my friend wants to talk more but I need to tell her i gotta go and the things like getting mad and being irritated happen. Can u suggest me what should I do? Thanks!

But what if people take advantage of you? What if they hurt you intentionally and you continue to rationalise there behavior?

Having a predictable, daily/regular ‘maintenance ritual’ with someone you know or a group of friends etc. Is your best coping method:) a quick coffee/chai but make sure you step out of the house for 45-60 mins each day. To balance out your cognitive load
