Great Vid... I have a Shepherd/Border Collie mix and she is the best partner on trail. I tire out long before she does. And her ability to balance on even the narrowest of objects is impressive.

I'm a week late. But better late than never. : ) Last week, you all were warmer and drier than we were, in Ohio. And it was so humid you couldn't light a match if you tried or use shrink wrap to load pallets on trucks. Thank you @Miyagi on the Trail for another great episode.

Was really hoping for the puppy giveaway! The tiger wall looks even better with all of the updates and is going to be my next tent to replace my fly creek UL1. Agreed that Backpacking with Buckley is a great channel and I look forward to seeing more of his videos and joining him on a future hike as well. Crazy that you haven’t seen a bear on trail but that might change when you head to the Smokys. When is Milosh going to return for another hike in the US? Great channel guys! Really Enjoy the videos! With four trips and over 200 miles hiked in the Smokies you would have thought we would have seen at least one bear. Nope. 😂. We also hiked the entire Shenandoah national park AT section and not one bear. Nothing in Minnesota, Michigan or Wisconsin for almost 6 years…. And we get out quite a bit! It’s so crazy. We are hoping to get Milosh to join us on a fall hike somewhere. Maybe with Tim Buckley. Keeping my fingers crossed!
@@MiyagiontheTrail I’ve run into a bear a few times on the AT when hiking solo and prob because I wasn’t making noise while hiking. Just got reception on my cell and was scrolling through some emails to look up and see a bear standing up only 30 feet away. Luckily, after I screamed out loud the bear ran up the hill. Close call. I might be hiking with Buckley and Crow in the Bad Lands and would be great to meet you and milosh if it works out. Cheers!

My friend has a Brittany that hunts with him. He says the dog walks 3 miles for every mile he covers, without ever getting more than 50’ from him.
