You should need good diet. Seriously they damage themselves and then they have to do all this to lessen the damage. Eventually, it's bad in long term.
@@anjaligupta1766 thanks for your concern but my diet list was given by a dietician plus medication didnot really work for me. And my doctor told me to go through PRP but I'm totally afraid of the pain. I just don't know what to do.
I had done this process it's too pain but after 3 cycle of injection nothing is worked on my hair still thinking ND falling.

If you perform these steps, it may help manage hair fall, similar to it helped me. Keep your scalp clean by cleansing it frequently. Use a gentle shampoo. Make sure to get adequate sleep every night. Wash your hair 2-3 times each week with liitlextraa coconinon shampoo. Apply some oil to your hair 2-3 times per week. After cleansing your hair, softly pat it dry with an soft towel.
I needed a hair oil that isn’t too sticky and has natural ingredients. The liittllextra coocoonion oil is excellent and will order it again. The natural ingredients, such as coconut and rosemary, have reduced my hair fall.
Hi Erica. Let me give u one excellent tip for hair regrowth which works like magic it is 100 percent working. I have seen this working. Use Nigella Seed ( kalonji) with olive oil. Ur hair will grow very beautiful. So that u need not suffer again with this painful needles.

@@ARmehndidesign boil olive oil 250 ml add coconut oil 100 ml when oil is cooled to room temperature add finely grind Nigella Seed 50 grms ( kalonji ). Soak for 24 hours then start applying this 2 times in week.

One advice please use natural remedies such as coconut oil or there are plenty of home remedies on UA-cam. Than actually taking plasma from your body and re-injecting it on your scalp.
