Hey Kyle, we purchase the RedRush 840 PULSE MAX - For Athletes today. The code wouldn't work but wanted to see if there was anyway you could check with Red Light Co to see if there's a way to be refunded the Xl stand amount since the promo code was supposed to take off $100. I also wanted to see how we can go about get the added perks mentioned in the video. I can give you the order number if need be.

As a light sensitive person I decided not to buy this kind because it doesnt seem to have a dimming option. I am very sensitive to bright lights and even with the eye protection I worry it would be too bright. I found other units that allow you to customize the brightness and dim it all the way down to 1% if you want.

Do you have an option of this video without the background music? I can't focus on what is being taught. Professors and teachers never had music going constantly in the background of lectures when I went to university and college, or even in high school. I just don't get why so many UA-camrs think it's important to add it to their teaching videos.
It's easy for people who want the music to turn on music where they are. But for those of us who learn best without the distractions, there's absolutely no option for us to get the most out of your videos. For me, that's mainly because I stopped it at 2:15 and can't focus. Help, please.

I bought and received the Red Rush 400 Pulse and optional stand last week and am pleased so far. It seems well constructed, powerful, versatile and has an easy to use, intuitive control panel. If any complaints the fan was slightly on the loud side but maybe that’s necessary considering the power output. The interview was informative and the purchase code saved me a chunk o’ change. So I heard from one neuropathy doctor that it is important the panel emits PULSED RED LIGHT where the near infrared light needs to outnumber the red light bulbs in order to have effect even on nerve damage. You, guys, are the only ones so far who mentions that your light is sent as a pulse which is a big green light for me. My other question would be about the energy amount in Joules that is being delivered to the tissues, if you have this parameter measured and written somewhere that would be sweet!

It is killing bugs in her system and doing other things. Does the red light alone do that without the blue?? I'm debating buying something and the firefly is $10k USD....so I'd much rather go with these red panels if they are going to help. They are more powerful as well which I find interesting because I thought the firefly was the most powerful on the market but it's 100 times less powerful.

no the FireFly is WAY more powerful. 7300mW/cm2 vs 150....and the Platinum Biomax bulbs have a 90 degree lens angle which is terrible - that means the high power is only concentrated in a small area at the centre of the panel, which is where they'll be measuring from....and outside of that area, the power drops drastically and quickly as it's so diffuse. The FireFly light is the best on the market but it's VERY expensive. I just ordered a home unit. It cured my neurogenic bladder in 3 treatments! @@joannemcfall3334

Joules is the measurement of work, which is a function of force multiplied by displacement. Joules are irrelevant. You are looking for power which is work per unit of time. Irradiance is a different measurement from both of these. One thing to watch out for in these videos: if you are confused, it's because the person explaining the topic doesn't know what they are talking about and can't communicate clearly.

Go to a dermatologist and get a skin check. Ask him about this. Especially if you have had skin cancer before.
