Sir can u please explain the logic for ddt...i.e why is a co. taxed for distributing dividends...what was looking like double taxation now looks like triple taxation...ficci and leading business men like adi godrej have been asking to abolish ddt...few corporates resort to wrong practises to avoid ddt as they dont believe its fare.

in the section 115BBDA only dividend income exceeds 10 lakhs or all other sources income exceeds 10 lakhs in which income the 10% taxes will be reffered
