I'm 66% African and happy,
I'm 32% European and happy,
I'm 1% Asian South and happy,
I'm 1% Native American and happy. So, I'm basically 100% HAPPY about all my ancestry that made me ME.
FET Engineer Best comment 💕💕
wow what a happy person you are lol
Yeah you literally wouldn't exist if it wasn't for your ancestors lol
I am happy that you're happy!
@@villageboydee oooorr she could be mixed 😑
This is the first one where I saw the person act logical and like not be crazy. This was nice to watch.
You're practically half Nigerian. How cool!
she looks very Nigerian - ua-cam.com/video/MSiQaFrTvmg/v-deo.html
not necessarily. it's their reference population. My heritage categorizes everyone with west african ancestry from Ghana to the congo as nigerian. I'm 40% nigerian according to myheritage although My dad is from Equatorial Guinea. Ancestry was more accurate and had me at 29% cameroon/congo.
im so excited! I can't wait to explore and learn about the culture😊
I'm 57% Nigerian and happy about it :)
@@Rayann410 What are your updated genetic groups?
Thanks for sharing girl. love watching these result videos.
Hey you I just used your link and code. Thanks! Much of my family is doing this but that $12 shipping charge for a curiosity item was giving me pause, so this helped a lot. Have a great day. o/
I literally was like oh she looks like me. Then I saw we have almost the same percentages I’m 77% African, 21% European with 9% Scandanavian. So girl we cousins 😂😂
I love looking at these dna test Its super cool fun and interesting
Mixed and proud
Be you and proud
Loved this video
💯❤❤
Thank you so much for the free shipping coupon! I just ordered mine 😊
no problem curlfriend! can't wait to hear about your results😉
I love your hair!!
Awesome love it!
Oh that's great and my grand mother is also partially form Grenada . Did you wear Madras when you were younger ?
Hello my fellow Viking! 💪🏼
You are 100% beautiful, girl. I see people post that comment on these DNA videos.
Welcome to the fam!🇳🇬
So many pretty ladies in the world...
aww thank you!😊
You're welcome...stay beautiful.
80% african 💪👍
ayyye! ✊🏾✊🏾✊🏾
Erick A. Penn what math are you using
Cool, I'm 78.7% African.
should be about 77% looking at the results.
Its 21.7% just from what was visible.
now the centroamerican tho is a mix of amerindian and iberian. Thats why additional european from that. But I dont know how much she got
I think I might do this soon.. I've watched so many of these videos
That's so awesome! you already knew a little about your background. I wonder what mine would be! lol, people are always asking me "what are you mixed with?" im always like I'm 100% black!
Same! I've been asked, are you Mexican, Puerto Rican, Asian, you're light skinned... like what are you mixed with? And I give them this confused look while saying, "I'M BLACK!"
Hi sweet Pea the same set of people that was brought to Grenada from Africa is also in Martinique such as Sierra Leone , Ghana, Nigeria and Benin , go look it up in the Ancestry Archive
I'm gonna order it RIGHT NOW!!!! I always wondered where I come from. I know I have some Arab but the rest is unclear.
Oh kiss !!! My mom is from Martinique too 😄😄 yeeeeeaaaahhhh 💕💕
And my dad is from Guadeloupe
in Spain there is a city called Granada, it could be that 14.3% of there.
My parents are also from Martinique . My maternal grandmother was from Saint-Lucia and her husband from Panama. I got 32.7% Nigerian, 32.7% Iberian, 8.7% Scandinavian, 8.6 % Kenya and 6 low-confidence regions of East-Europe; West-Africa and North-Africa.
Cool! My mom is from Sierra Leone! 🇸🇱
I'm from Martinique too and my results are almost the same:
29.8%: Nigerian
25.8%: Sierra Leonean
25.9%: Iberian
8.6%: Italian
9.9%: more ethnicities.
Did it show you others who brought it as well?
I'm 46.7 Nigerian and I'm 11 percent Scandinavian 😍😍🤗
we have that in common.. I have curly hair too just like you.
We're actually close in percentages, and our ancestry kinda similar. I did mines over the summer and my results are: 78.7% African (Nigerian, West African, Sierra Leonean & Kenyan), 15.4% European (Irish, Scottish & Welsh), 4.9% Central & South American (Mesoamerican & Andean) & 1% West Asian (Turkey & Iran, etc.). I just did Ancestry DNA, so I'm just waiting on my results! Hopefully there's not much of a difference.
Iberian refers to the "península Ibérica" or Iberian peninsula, actually is conformed mainly by Spain and Portugal...therefore you could be Spaniard(iberian tribes) or Portuguese (Lusitanian)...but people from the peninsula have a mixed background due to successive invasions...arabs, berebers, celtics, cartago, rome, visigodes, franks....is a crisol of races in fact
I did my heritage dna test last week....both of my parents are from Barbados
THANKS FOR FREE SHIPPING
no problem at all curlfriend! would love to hear your results!😘
Does the MyHeritage DNA test show names of ancestors too??
-Thank you guys
Whoop I'm 77% African too! 13% Scottish, 5% Iberian, 3% Italian and 2% Eastern European. People look at me and always think I'm mixed race because I have an Indian hair texture and light brown skin. Now I can confidently tell them I'm blick lol.
wow a test that actually tells you the countries and not just vague crap like ancestory
Me too i from Martinique, ta mère parle alors francais et créole ?
I have curls but they r blond my dad has a
Darker skin not rlly dark but like tanned and I rlly wanna know what's up with that? 😂😂😂
is this a good test to find my dad i never knew?
The Danes had islands in the Caraibian.... so you could have scandibnavian genes from those islands...the Virgin islands ?
Welcome home
so excited!😊
Hold up, I know about Clo, didn't know your dad was Grenadian.. look at you with ya caribbean girl self..
PLEASE TELL ME... How many weeks did you wait for the test?
3 weeks for it to show up and start moving in the lab. & about a week after that I got my results love!😉
How long did it take to get your results?
Dynasti Alexis I'm interested as well. I ordered a kit myself and it's been hard enough waiting for the test to arrive, I'll probably have a nervous breakdown while waiting for it to travel back from Europe and for the results to arrive 😁
I think ur dna going to match my bf cause he ur complexion and has ur hair and his grandma looks mixed like me and im 60% European and 40% afrian american and my mom is black and my dad is mixed
I love ❤️ your results 🎉 they are very similar to mine. My parents and I were born in the USA. I’m almost 50% Nigerian, 20% Sierra Leone and 6% Kenyan. I also have 12.5 Scandinavian DNA. I need to check to see if we are a dna match on MyHeritage. I’m listed as Karen Wade.
You do look very African to most people & that is a wonderful thing indeed. I wish i had 2% African, but i have none @ all. I would have expected you to be over 80% African actually. Your hair, your facial features & everything about your physical traits is African. As a European myself, there is no way i would ever classify you as anything but African. Anybody that says you do not look African must be blind. Be proud of your African roots & do not try to claim more European, bec you do not look European @ all. I wouldn't pay too much attention to the European breakdown. You are you & you are special as you are, regardless of what you have found out about your ancestry. You may have some ethnicity changes with time anyway. All leading DNA companies will have annual DNA updates, so do expect your breakdown to change somewhat. Even mine has changed 2 times & i am 100% European.
Most of the kits seem to be 49% Nigerians. Pretty kool.
I like Whiskey and Biscuits. I wonder where I’m from?
im from sweden and uganda and i have curly hair
Yaaas girl! represent😊😊
did you migrate from uganda to sweden
Omg we almost have the same name 😊 Im Rayanna tho lol
Hi. What do they do with your DNA afterwards?
Hey curlfriend! They don't sell, license or transfer your DNA to any other companies and you can delete your DNA data and revoke it whenever you want. They cover those details here: blog.myheritage.com/2016/11/myheritage-dna-your-questions-answered/
& updated terms of service here ( since other companies were selling customers info): www.legalgenealogist.com/2016/05/27/myheritage-dna-terms-changed/ 😉 hope that helped!
Hiya my Nigerian princess
Bebe Vinni EpI. An ka passe o peyi matinik
I'm 92% Melanesian
& 8% Polynesian...
(I'm black!!!!!)
Native australian people would fall under melanesian too so maybe you had lot of Aborigines as ancestors since they usualy have a very dark skin too.
Jay Kat I thought melenesians did not liked being called black
Damn vikings.
😂
Shryce Lol
🤣
West indies ❤
represent! 😊😘
I gotta do this! I'm a black American, and I'd be thrilled to find out where in Africa my ancestors were from. I'm not as interested in the non-African bits and pieces of my heritage, but I guess it would be nice to know what they are.
P. Brown Rather or not you are interested in your “non African”DNA is is still apart of your genetic makeup...
I was very surprised and happy to see 12% Native American 😍
Yeah I only want to know my african dna
Since you are part scandinavian you might have enherited the gene that fights off black plague. I guess you then are 0.074x0.02 neaderthal also this with iberian added or (basque are 5 % neandethal) . Anyway you quite beutiful.
There is no such thing as evolution. We are creatures of God.
When you said syria leonean and liberian 😭 but youre wonderful tho
😂😂 i didn't have a clue
definitely looking into the culture more now though
England is Sweden?
Veolan No.
Lol
Bebe I have family from Martinique ossi Bebe
You're cute great results.
Scandinavia do also include Denmark! FFs thanks for nothing
You kind of look like Beyonce(:
Hell nawl.
Awesome As Ever They kinda have similar eyes/smiles.
Rachel Valdez 💀😂
She turned to the side as soon as I read this and I was like OMG yeah! lol. From the side for sure.
77% african
✊🏾
The highlight of the video is about a black girl who finds out about her 7% scandanavian blood.
Sooooo boring!
😂
no such thing as a black race it's African you mean
wafy sharoofna stfu
I found this company's test results to be the most inaccurate. They had my half sister as my 2nd cousin. Really? And I was 22% Italian. No way. I have no Italian ancestry for a fact. It started to get ridiculous. I took their testing with a tablespoon, not a grain of salt.
Try sending your results to GEDmatch.
England and Sweden lol
😂
Why are blacks so surprised to find out they are from Africa.
we aren't surprised that we're from Africa, we're more-so surprised to finally know what areas or regions. its like knowing you're adopted and finally finding out who your biological parents are/ what they look like...
Rayann410 that's a great way of putting it!
Rayann410 no seen some black people who were extremely disappointed to find out they were African. Why would you think you were adopted you can look in the mirror and see you are black, likely from Africa, ask family and relatives about your origins. If you feel adopted it's because you adopted another way of life not the other way around.
Are you serious???? Black people have been told from practically birth that we are from the motherland...Africa. Not so surprising.
Janet H so stop wasting your money on DNA tests.
She was surprised that she came from africa
I knew that both my parents were Greek. Turns out I'm part Balkan and Jewish as well!
