I heard Jeffrey and Andrii met randomly, Jeffrey wanted to exercise his Ukrainian, Andrii wanted to exercise his English and that's how they met.

That's true! And it seems to have paid off - Jeffrey's Ukrainian is quite impressive, considering how difficult the language is, and Andrii speaks English well enough to give interviews
