  • As we end 2021 it's time to reflect on our health. During the winter we spend more times indoors with heaters on and more time being sedentary. Yes Winter usually means we are in hibernation mode, yet are we living in modern society?
    We tend to eat more processed foods, drink more during the holidays and walk into the New Year with great plans for change.
    To change habits first we have to know why we do what we do, how much we actually do that's harmful and work towards a plan to succeed.
    Let's go into 2022 with the best success possible....with a full proof plan.
