carpodgo I'm liking the matt black paint on the panels, will be more durable than a wrap, and a great idea for the lower panel to prevent chips etc.

CARPODGO - quick question Lee, why didn't you use the Military paint under the trim whilst it was off? I assume it was easier to paint the trim whilst on the van?

Interesting how the van looks after the exterior prep. Admit initially thought military paint oh no! Afterwards with the graphic added looks great! Will the lower paint act as anti stone chips on your travels? Would it make sense to add second CARPODGO in the kitchen area for when you are on site? Look forward to watching you tackle each step!👍
Yeah the paint does quite well deflecting stone chips and stuff on the bottom. And it’s so easy to repair if anything happens. Much needed with the places I end up parking.

Carpodgo. That military paint is a great idea for the side of the van where the windows go. Much easier than using vinyl wrap. I’m enjoying this build series 👍.
