From all the guys and women that i've seen screaming on your videos, this guy is by faaaaar the one with the highest pain tolerance. Just breathing.💪💪👏👏👏
His control is great, but the back usually doesn't hurt as much as the arms, hands, legs, or feet as the sensory feedback is much lower. And getting used to it makes a huge difference as well. That said i would be scared of Adams fingers on my ribcage xD.
I feel like I'd be in heaven right about now. Those are the exact spots I hurt a lot from anxiety and stress. I definitely enjoy watching you help people genuinely feel better.
I am really enjoying the anatomy, it's super helpful for a layperson being able to learn about these muscles groups in order to identify your own pain and communicate that to a professional.
Oh I feel for this dear man. I wouldn’t wish headaches on anyone no matter where they come from and I can feel every time you are massaging his neck his relief is palpable. You, Adam, are a healer. I love the anatomy. And the fact you tell us what is to be approached with caution. Absolutely brilliant and thank you 🖤
I’ve had plantar fasciitis in my foot for months. I found a video that showed me how to release the adhesions by myself in my calves. I do it twice a day and my foot hardly hurts at all now. Videos like yours has helped me realize the power of releasing adhesions. Thank you!
Absolutely amazing work brother! Too many therapists think non painful bodywork is the key to a successful session. Wonderful too see someone doing the same work. #TherapeuticDiscomfort not pain.
I pinched the brachial plexus nerves and my right arm was dead for 10 wks. (Fell asleep in a lounge chair for 30min w/my neck bent toward my shoulder & thats all it took.) Thats when I found my massage guru. By the end of the 1st session I could feel & move my arm again. She did in 2hrs what 5 visits to a neurologist and physical therapist couldn't do.
This guy sounds like he's having a blast in a different kind of video. But looks like he's dying haha always impressed with your vids, keep up the amazing work
Adam, such excellent work!! You are truly a master with this approach. Why does this young lad have such issues? All these in shape young folks, do they go about strength training incorrectly and overdo it?
Great job... I could do with this.. I'd put up with the pain to avoid the amount of headaches/ migraine I get from my neck and traps.. in my 40s and used to box, thai box but also decorator so can get bad at times. 😒
I see a rolfer every fortnight, I have not had anything painful done. My body has changed greatly in the 6 visits, I now have a waist, walk properly on my feet, something I have never done before. My hips are moving independently and now support my upper body properly. My shoulders are loose, my chest has expanded and I don't wheeze any more. I have nothing but praise for Rolfing.
Thank you for the video! what is it exactly what hurts so much and what is actually happening when you treat the people? And how do you call the treatment? Is there a name for it? Thank you so much :)
When you say to beware of the braxial nerve bundle, what do you mean? Don't go too hard in this area? That's it's really dangerous to touch those nerves? I get so stiff and sore in that area and find that deep pressure is the only way to alleviate and do quite often feel something shoot down my arm as I do it. Is that bad?
Omg what country is this??? Im in ny lol i have chronic pain issues after having my daughter 4 years ago and nobody has been able to help me. I cry almost every night. It would be my dream to do this 😔
If I'm looking for a massage therapist that does the work that you do, is there a specific type I should look for in hopes of obtaining a similar service? Thank you.
Hey i am in Germany with a ripped miniskus and all my muscles are cramping up around it. Could that be a point to visit a therapist like you are pro hospital to make surgery better?
This guy can suck. it. up… holy pain threshold, Batman. My dream massage, but so painful. I’ve only ever gotten one massage even close to this. Felt like a million bucks afterward. ❤️
Adam Unlike most others in your field you don't use a massage gun on your patients Is there a particular reason ? Or is it just your thumbs on approach ?
I really appreciate hearing the anatomy of the human body…I had to learn that in pharmacy school almost 40 years ago! It’s a great refresher course. I had to retire almost 19 years ago due to seizures and 2 brain surgeries, but I do remember the muscles serratus anterior and satorius muscle- my 2 fav’s. ☺️
Cuando yo iba a la universidad fisioterapia era una carrera demandada y con una nota de acceso alta. Ahora el cantante de linkin park hace un cursillo y te cruje la espalda. Americanadas
I love the anatomical lessons here... that's good work 👏 🙌 by the way I had to crank in my headset as those moans 😆 🤣 😂 oh my goodness my dad thought I was watching porn 😂😂😂 that was an interesting conversation to say the least
If I would pick one torture because I was bad, I have a choice. a) Hear Yoko Ono Sing b) get my tooth extracted for information c) get a Massage by Adam
When my fiance rubs my deep inner trap muscle, I can feel the referring pain going down my arm, then up the side of my neck, and into the side of my head where my temple is. Whatever side he's massaging is the side that the referring pain is on. It's an amazing feeling. But after the massage, Idk how to keep it loose so I don't keep getting pain and stiffness. My fiance says I have shoulders like Bobby Lashley... Lmao
Oh good. I hope I get to hear a scream or two. I do so look forward to seeing Adam make grown men cry. There he goes! Adam had him chewing on his arm. He wasn't nearly as much fun as your father-in-law. But at least he gave us a few minutes of moaning and groaning. I loved the way his leg would go up in the air when you hit a certain spot. it was as if there was a string attached to his posterior and you pressed a button and up went the leg. Very good massage, Adam, as usual. (and entertaining also)

Thank you for the support Brianna, appreciate it
I am really enjoying the anatomy, it's super helpful for a layperson being able to learn about these muscles groups in order to identify your own pain and communicate that to a professional.
I love the fact that you show the picture of where you’re massaging, it helps a lot👍🏾
Thank you so much

Of all your vids, this is the best one because so many people have neck issues.
Thank you for adding the anatomy and notes. Its awesome to learn what you're working on and why. :)
I’ve had plantar fasciitis in my foot for months. I found a video that showed me how to release the adhesions by myself in my calves. I do it twice a day and my foot hardly hurts at all now. Videos like yours has helped me realize the power of releasing adhesions. Thank you!

Impressive pain tolerance
When I tell my husband I want a massage, this is what I mean.
Right?! Not the tickly shit that gets offered 😩🙄
I LOVE a firm massage.
Exactly like GET IN THERE🗿😂
😲
Same lol
I miss those videos.
With explaination etc!
That was incredible! Both you and the patient. Love watching your videos and how you work and help people.
I like the added educational tidbits in this video!
Thanks for reposting this with anatomy!
And the enclosed anatomy is so enlightening!!
A new favorite session. Great work, Adam! This guy has a fantastic tolerance for pain.
Wow what great video! Not me naming all the connection points for every muscle

What did your massage guru do to your arm?
Who is she?
That is amazing
I LOVE YOUR JOB, IM FROM CD JUÁREZ CHIHUAHUA MÉXICO AND IM LEARNING SO MUCH FROM YOUR VIDEOS
This guy sounds like he's having a blast in a different kind of video. But looks like he's dying haha always impressed with your vids, keep up the amazing work
Maaaaaaan. I have the same and exact issues and I can’t wait to have the same session soon
How does he feel after that treatment? I would like to see another video but, just working on the neck only.
Adam, such excellent work!! You are truly a master with this approach. Why does this young lad have such issues? All these in shape young folks, do they go about strength training incorrectly and overdo it?
As a massage therapist......HOW are your thumbs not shot? Insane knowledge and skills, but my thumbs hurt just watching, haha.
I was about to comment the same thing!
They're not real thumbs. He had square, metal post put in and then rubber fingers put over them. That's my best guess, or he's just not human...
I thought I was the only one worried about his thumbs so much :)
Trust…it will catch up to him at some point. I’m 19years in this & believe you me any/everything hurts!!!
@@feliciadavis7033 Adam has thumbs of steel 😀😀😀

Thats a body goals right there
Dammmmmmmn this guy can with stand the pain now that's what i call bravery 💪💪💪
I would LOVE to see if this guy could fix my lower back. I'm so jealous watching this, laying here in pain 😞
Great work Adam the pain worth the relief afterwards lingering pain is dreadful could do with some treatments to relieve pain
I wish I was at his place, my arm is hurting like hell, certainly nerves related and I cannot afford to see a therapist...
Hi Adam, I'm wondering what your opinion is on the benefits and drawbacks of rolfing compared to more moderate soft tissue manipulation.
He's so strong. Like what a high pain tolerance. I bet he feels amazing. 😂😂😂
Thank you for the video! what is it exactly what hurts so much and what is actually happening when you treat the people? And how do you call the treatment? Is there a name for it? Thank you so much :)
Please leave him alone, he doesn't know where the bomb was planted!
We can't be shure .... He should get a second round of tort... treatment
I think I’m going to give gift certificates to people I don’t like to come see you
Who heals the therapist after he has absorbed all that work and stress?
Is this a re-upload or another session?
13:34
What kind of therapy is this? Obvious deep tissue. But has it got a specific name?
What legs does this man have? When he flexes them, the tendons stand out, handsome man.
Good god I need this. I have occipital neuralgia and I’m in pain all the time.
Where is your Praxis? I like the anatomy. Thanks for that Guy! 😃👍
wish i could find an adam in my area, but even if i could, i couldn't afford it.
Damn your Amazing and thanks for anatomy notes Brother!
Do you ever go for the psoas?
I had that released and it was a serious relief from years of back pain
Out of curiosity, have you given a massage so intense the person threw up?
When you say to beware of the braxial nerve bundle, what do you mean? Don't go too hard in this area? That's it's really dangerous to touch those nerves? I get so stiff and sore in that area and find that deep pressure is the only way to alleviate and do quite often feel something shoot down my arm as I do it. Is that bad?
wondering this too😩
Lot of helpful videos sir thank you meking video

@@JamalTheTitan I tried 😑 lol
I missed the screams of agony and pain.
😊😊🙌🙌🙌🙌
Hey I remember this one
How do you keep your thumb joints fit and healthy with putting such heavy loads on the joint with your technique?
If I'm looking for a massage therapist that does the work that you do, is there a specific type I should look for in hopes of obtaining a similar service? Thank you.
I definitely can't hold on the chest point. And I still don't know what is that pain.
20:20 Man screaming in agonizing pain..."just there?" 🤣
This is one tuff guy man he took it
I have used my maximum thumb force but very little compared to yours.. is it thumb strength cần be trained??!!!!
Wouldn’t want someone walking past my room and listening to this…sounds like a different kind of video .
This is amazing
This is Thai massage ?
Hey i am in Germany with a ripped miniskus and all my muscles are cramping up around it. Could that be a point to visit a therapist like you are pro hospital to make surgery better?
Man he tensed up real good....lol...When you can see the ribs clearly you know its not gonna go well with pain.
Do you have recommendations for a therapist who uses the same techniques as you in London?
can't imagine the pain everyone can have a momentary error when the expert's hand massages the very sore part hahahha but healthy after a few days
ohh is that a repost?
does this REALLY do any good?...
This guy can suck. it. up… holy pain threshold, Batman. My dream massage, but so painful. I’ve only ever gotten one massage even close to this. Felt like a million bucks afterward. ❤️
Where is the end? I want to see not only this man in agony..... But where the pain is gone 😃
with dry needling will be more comfortable..from indonesia🙏
are you gonna be re-uploading the vids with jemma?
Is this a re-upload of an old video?
Does Senan have any social media? Thanks
Adam Unlike most others in your field you don't use a massage gun on your patients Is there a particular reason ? Or is it just your thumbs on approach ?
He uses a massage gun in certain areas. I’ve seen him use it in the glutes. Rarely though
This guy is some kind of myrmidon or spartan or aztec jaguar or mongolian or viking warrior because his pain tolerance is very high 👌😃
Is it that painfull?
Nice to watch a video without all the cussing....yes, his pain threshold is high.
His ribs, that has to be so painful whooo😬
Extremely painful 😖
Think my traps cause my neck headaches goes to my eyes at times
To be honest, depend on what kind of injuries. Good massage therapist help more than physiotherapies.

I'm so confused about the infliction of pain.
He is tuff
Informative video. Can i refer you to a chiropractic directory with over 1k members to publish your video? No charge

Hey Brianna, daily myofacial release work for 5/10 mins on a mobile ball will defo help
Working like this, i'll be amazed if your thumbs last more than a year brother
