That one lady with the green canvas purse and wallet in her hand picked up on the black jacket dude as soon as she got in line. You can see her squint a little then watch for a couple of seconds then turn away... and then she looks around the other side, while kind of sidling over in line so she keeps the guy in her peripheral vision. A few seconds later she locks onto striped shirt guy and watches him. You can see her eyeing both of them in peripheral up until she buys her tickets. The way she holds her bag and her wallet and the way she watches her surroundings is pretty good and aware of these creeps.
I picked the guy out in the jacket and checkered shirt as soon as he walked in. Yes I am biased. My biases have served me well my life and it keeps getting hardened with videos like this.

Maybe drops something from victim on floor? Guy in striped shirt (and backpack) bends down to pick it up and hands it to guy in jacket. Guy in jacket probably hides it in jacket. Guy in striped shirt walks out while guy in jacket gets settled with package. Then he walks out. Girl in line probably walks out soon after and never buys ticket.
I dont think stripey guy did it because at 2:00 you can see the patch on his elbow, meaning it wasn't his right hand, and it couldnt have been his left hand either because that would mean he twisted it behind his back.
