The mist fog skill is totally Crazy its usefull for support
the fact that .4 can be transmuted, makes me feel better, initially i thought .4 would be just exclusive to big guilds
but its ll increase the another material prices.
Lol 900mil for a advantage change to roll a 8.4 excellent item to 8.4 masterpiece. Also no current 8.3 mp item can be mad into a 8?4 mp item completely destroying the economy that has been around for them since the game started. Not to mention you are looking at 5 times the cost for materials so 50mil to 100mil just for the materials. Likely demand for raw materials will go up to meet depends for 8.4 items. Meaning mass buying and hoarding of 8.3 by the riches players and guilds stifling the growth of many others in the process. This means you rich are richer and poor are screwed.
After a while with the outrageous cost of 8.4 items 8.3 will likely come back to where the value is now like 8.3 mp claymore 20 mil right now. Price will come back because the next option up will be minimum of 100mil for a 8.4 non mp, and roughly 700mil if lucky to by a 8.4 mp IF LUCKY.
Prices can be determined by just comparing roll options and the minium of what the game will charge you in silver, as well as going by what the market is now. After that it's simple you just look at literally every other record when a new something outdates an old something phones, computers, cars, etc.

@@SoratiosIV i mean if u understood what he said ... transmuting 8.4 is never worth by a huge mile ... the cost-effectiveness of transmuting 8.4 weapon alone costs 100m so big guilds will be controlling the 8.4 resource market like SUN did on mammoths a few years back
@@SoratiosIV which is bad for the game since originally mammoths costs 15m but because of the illusion created by scarcity it became 125m; same thing will happen to 8.4 resources

Still doesn't fix the issue the solo players who craft at royal cities. They're still getting groped down by crafting cartels. Which IMO are worse than big guilds (who don't even craft in royal cities btw). Take a loot at Caerleon.

I have no connections and use the same prices as a new player would. I made 10,000 4 flat robes of all the non artifact types. I than enchanted up to 4.1.
Cost per unit: 1.1k, total 11 million
Blackmarket sell price: 5.7k, 57mil
Profit 46million
Total amount of time to make 4 hours
Time to sell 5 days.

For solo players it's almost impossible to gather 8.4 right? More zvz and less to gatherers...

They want to promote more small scales across world. It goes in good direction. Gather friends and fight for more.
they didnt sayd how long but i imagine that the nodes will be locked for X hours based on the tier of the node, i saw on the last video that t8.4 node was locked for 8hours. so its not something u can really sneakily gather as a solo player

The leather set, i promise that it'll be OP. All we gonna do is farm and craft leather pristine. In close zvz fights this will invis your team and immune you. I cannot see any absolute counter on this. It's like soldier helm skill plus invis with a huge amount of channeling.
It seems to me that the new cloth armor needs some changes. As a clothie I assure you: every microsecond counts and time needed to cast the 3rd spell is just too much.
I agree, plus in the middle of a fight having to concentrate on choosing correctly does make you lose focus of everything else.
it's fine , many will use it for 1shot setups anyway .
why tf are the new tier 4 nodes only in outlands, why not roads and mists as well. idc how rare why does this game hate anyone not in a 50 man group
because of the ease of access to the roads. if you have a half decent group you can lock down a road from anyone who wants to enter (just take the charges). No clue why none in the mists, but it might have something to do with the whole mists close after a while thing

I am really hyped for this update and coming back with some friends for it. I am a bit worried about balance on the fey sets though. Tested them on the test server and feel that a bit more effort should be put into balancing them. On the super plus side the scenery on the mist, it is gorgeous! Like, super gorgeous, love it!
Unfortunately I have concerns over balance of new items and even worse concerns about the power creep increasing gap between new players and veterans. The more you make new players say "Holy crap! I'll never get there..." the less new player retention you'll have. Elementary level game design knowledge...

This is going be meta redefining effect
As much as this is nice, adding 30 ticks nodes to the map is a total contradiction to what Albion Online devs keep saying about "promoting exploration", so gankers
just wait at nodes they see on the map and gank soloers, and now we also get the rarity shown on the map? It is a total disastor.
Zone chests same issue, why dont you just tell us the contents in silver when we hover the chests with our mouse? Than gankers can determine how big a party they want to setup.
Finding a hidden treasure also makes no sense to exploration, since they contain nothing good, maybe 2.000 silver and maybe a blue item you sell at the NPC market.
It also makes no sense you can see abilities on other players items with 'Y', again takes away from the element of learning about others.
'Oo in this fantasy world i can see all your abilities you've put together on your equipment for no aparent reason, wait let me just counter it before we fight'.
If you play with a friend or on my case my son, the second we trade we cannot travel back on the mounts...
And it makes no sense that you dont need some sort of scroll, item or something that allows you to travel back, your mount just magically has this ability and it totally
take and risk and reward out of the equation and exploration again.
Albion devs keep talking about exploration but they countradict themselves with each update.
The teleport skill of mount is disabled when trading and opening banks, to prevent transport of items easily.. It make sense

It would be good if someone who only adventures like u use the teleportation skill for going back home, but once U trade and teleportation can still be used, other people will use it to flip the market and other devious things they can

Fey armor is a good addition, although I have some reserves about the pristine. Seems like it will increase the gap and need for one to join one of the biggest alliances to get access to it, or spend millions to acquire the stuff... Also you can kill your opponent who's wearing it, this part makes the only balance in the game. Want something without paying for it ? Kill.

Are there plans to adjust the number of mist tiles based on how busy it is to always aim for a similar experience. I worry initially the mists will be over crowded and after some time might become dead like the roads.

the ability to transmute the pristine resource is NOT very ideal. It sets the upper limit for the value of pristine resources which means that the price is set by the developers and not the players. If the price of pristine resources ever goes over the premade tramsute value then players will just transmute it for a profit until eventually its just at that value or lower. I play an ironman account, which means that the ability to transmute the resources is perfect for me because I typically play as a solo player, but that doesnt mean that this is going to be a good thing for the health of the x.4 armor/weapons. Either the transmute value needs to be incredibly/unrealistically high or the true value of x.4 materials will just fade over time, just like regular materials.
Feels like Sandbox only cares and thinks about their inner circle way of playing, or rich kids who can spend hundreds of bucks from their daddy's credit card.
8.3 is already expensive as f.. and rare to see. Adding a new enchantment level only makes the gap even greater, what were you even thinking? The 90% of the community won't be able to outplay those who pay with real money for 8.4, or those zergs that eat up a whole map.
Will you EVER think about the majority of your playerbase? C'mon guys..

I've only been playing the pts since they opened it up with this update, roughly 60 hours spent just going from zone to zone looking for .4 resources in total I have found not a single 1. No one will be really getting lucky finding .4 of anything it will 99.9 percent of the time be transmitted from .3 into .4
@@ugh276 it probably just isn't implemented into the ptr correctly ptr isn't known for working as intended. But that doesnt change the fact that your most likely gonna have to transmute to get .4 which will probably cost more then the .4 resource or what you want to craft with it. I cant believe they think it's a good idea to make them seen from 3 zones away and to put a timer on them your never gathering that shit unless your in a zerg.
It’s all very nice and all, but I and probably many others would like the console expansion so that a big majority of mobile players can upgrade to a much better device that they may or may not have.

and i hoped for not being forced to encounter the spider...why always spiders ?! :( got arachnophobia, im a 27 year old man, still got it and its not easy with it. all finde, the spiders already inside doesnt look that terrible even for me but this one?! why :(
