Ive had the thought of Vice Ganda "secretly" telling the audience that not only he has a wide range of vocabulary (Thats no doubt, he is merely acting like an amateur in cam since that behavior contributes to his comedian image.), he can also think very well ahead of the future if he does something. This incident happened with the "stay that way" joke of his. Kung na translate niya sa english ung pinapatranslate ni Ted, that would definitely lead to the woman feeling awkward in someway in the studio. Carrying on to translate that "kung magpapakasal ka sa pinoy, posible ba" would give her the embarassment of having to forcibly say "yes it is possible" when she really doesnt plan to, -SINCE SHE IS JUST A TOURIST LOL - while also giving a bad image of filipinos as she might falsely see that filipinos are full of pride considering that she will automatically believe that all filipinos would ask that to foreigners, in other words, we seem like "complement hungry people" to foreigners. Which is why Vice merely turned that translation request to a joke, "stay that way"
Vice Ganda's knowledgeable and probably one of the most notable jokers of all time in PH. He never fails to make me laugh, though sometimes he unintentionally hurt other people's feelings.

Yes, English is international language but if we visit or live abroad in a non-English speaking country..we are expected to speak their language that's why taking up a language course is a must but if those foreigners visit our country even live in our country..they are not force to learn our language because we Filipinos can speak English clearly and fluently, even those people who were not able to finish elementary level..they can still express themselves in english..another reason why Filipinos are first choice when it comes to costumer relations jobs abroad..one of the best example is Dubai..from the Airport to the City..everywhere there are Filipinos.I could only be proud to be a Pinay.
