@@OGDuffy I popped to Wakefield, but nothing doing, like you I really do like the look and feel of PS3 games and cases. Couldn't have any beers as I had to take my cat to the vet later in the day. Saying all that, when I got home me and the Mrs did our best to get him into a cat carrying case, he cut me to ribbons, blood everywhere....Cat 1 vet 0....lol. we just could not get him in.

Army of Two is a fantastic coop experience - back in the day I splitscreened the entire campaign with a buddy. Fallout 3 is a bonafide classic - replayed it recently for the Platinum trophy! I actually prefer Tomb Raider: Legend/Underworld to the original games, very good action games with all the modern conveniences. Lego games are always fun for a few hours. Not played that one but I’d love to Platinum them all some day. I didn’t get on with Kingdom Hearts at all but the series has its fans and fair play to ‘em. Not for me. Aha more Lego! Can’t go wrong, happy days. PS3 is a fantastic library to dip into and getting all the trophies on your account in 2024 still feels like magic. ❤
I've been huge into the PS3 basically since it was released and I have around 90 PS3 games right now, a few to look out for if you don't already have them are 3D Dot Game Heroes, Folklore and The Sly Trilogy, all games that are already high value and will probably keep increasing over time

You mention the likelihood that the FIFA games got binned, apparently all those Atari VCS ET carts were sent en-mass to land fill, somewhere in an American dessert, over 40-Years Ago. Totally agree, too many games, not enough time!. I picked up that Harry Potter Lego game for PS3 about a month ago, along with Years 4-7, aside from a quick test , I haven't started playing them yet.
The ET story is very famous and a good example matey 😎😉🍺 Yep loads of games to play and starting to make more time to get through them 😉 Problem is.... I buy more than I play 🤣👊
Darksiders is on my list of wants. But will probably buy the PS4 version. That was on the CEX shelf. If your buying games for £1.50 that take 20 hours to beat and your buying 6 at a time, your going to get well behind on your games.

My local CEX I asked about manuals being in the case. He said some get out on the shelves but most if they have them when traded in is kept behind the counter with the disc. So I you want a game just ask 👍🏻
Thanks for commenting matey but I have found this is branch based, many in the South east of Kent leave manuals in boxes, whilst other areas keep them behind the counter… where are you based ?
I am personally at 377 games at the moment on the PS3. However, I have a lot of the higher end titles before the cheaper ones. I personally want to knock off a lot of the rarer titles first, before I get the lower end ones.
Used to run a Special needs behaviour independent school years ago..... Had a PS2 set up and would often play the kids at Fifa Street... Used to run mini leagues and all sorts.... Great fun.

You should check out Xena on Ps1 I remember it being a good game back in the day, I didnt know the n64 one was a fighting game, I thought it was the same 3d action adventure like the ps1 Also army of two is a brill coop game, deffo if you can get someone to split screen it with
Soooo, about that kingdom hearts copy! Now you might have to look for the game called.... : Kingdom Hearts HD 2.8 Final Chapter Prologue There is that 1 left... OR you could have bought "kingdom hearts the story so far" which has all those ps3/ps4 games on 1 copy for the ps4. They did some crazy naming schemes.
@@OGDuffy Just googled it again, i thought it was but my mistake, its a ps4 release, now i remember the reason its a ps4 release is because 1 of the games runs on the same engine they used for kingdom hearts 3 which was a ps4 exclusive, so my bad, you cant add it to your ps3 collection, totaly misrememberd!
i dont have the ps3 any more - just the ps4 n ps5, since my ps4 has account ban for life (no reason given) so need to jail break it to be able to play em
Hiya OGDuffy: I'm just as mad as you when it comes to buying games, movies an' all from my local CEX shop, but unlike you I catalog every item I buy. I scan the covers and catalog them into different categories/genres etc, and store them on my phone so that I know what I have and can know in an instant if its worth buying. As for my budget - what budget!

Gundam there store's of brake away colonies of earth the Gundam units themselves are Mechs basically super large robotic powdered armour with a hint of smarts to aid in battle and movement they fight on land in the air and out in space there direct control robots under human control I've got a couple of the model kits myself and you don't use glue to build them they snap together building them is very therapeutic some people paint them and even build dioramas to display them
Great video! Manuals… who cares though? Nobody ever actually uses the manual haha. I’m a collector and I’ve always found that funny. People only want it because it makes game “complete” but it serves no purpose.

You failed your challenge lol, tomb raider underworld is on the hd collection. The hd collection has legend, anniversary and underworld. But joking aside its great to see others loving PS3 its such a brilliant machine, I'm personally going for a full set and I'm on 705 but am glad to have all the HD collection knocked off the list already and most of the expensive ones (godzilla etc). Been collecting for it for about 7yrs now
All lego Batmans r ace ive played all of them this and Lego Harry Potter and Lego Pirates of the caribean r the best tho i dont know y they didnt do ps4 of it but some have it like HP and Star Wars lego
Iv currently got a 42 quid cex voucher burning a hole in my pocket thanks to a Minecraft story mode complete edition pick up for Xbox one I paid more than I usually do for that at 6.99 but insta traded it in for 18 quid vouxher to add to a previous voucher. I could push that up to 50 quid with my latest pick up of lupin III the first movie I picked up today. But that one might be a keeper as I remember everyone in the household enjoying that one when we watched it on one of those dodgy free streaming sites. But with little mans big 07 just around the corner I get a feeling that voucher won't benefit me lol. He could use a tablet and that will help ease the strain on my wallet if I put my voucher towards a half decent one. I'm shocked to see the current price of fable anniversary on 360 though. That price has always bounced around in cex and I was lucky enough to grab it at 8 a while back. It's currently sitting at almost double that in store these days. We have that (by we I mean me) Harry potter Lego game. It's a favourite of little mans. I'm sure I only paid a quid at most though. Paid 50p for Lego Batman 2 lol.
Sounds like that CEX voucher will soon be used.... Handy for spreading the cost for the little ones birthday matey😉🍺 Recently started the original Fable again and still a great experience, it really is one amazing game. And the LEGO games are great fun... Got loads of them, especially on the WiiU but not played many so need to change that in the future for sure. @@OGDuffy love them. Played all the ages of empires , command and conquers, starwars galactic battle grounds. Also really liked LOTR battle for middle earth, I upgraded my ram just to play that as it kept stutter during the battle for helms deep
@@OGDuffy great game, probably can get it on gog for less than £10 digitally also the sequel came to consoles. I had it on the xbox360. But I'm not a fan of rts games on consoles. You need a mouse really

Tetris 2 was so bad, stick to the legendary game that was the original. Fallout 3, I sank about 30 hours into on the PS3 a couple of years ago. Bloody great game. I too, have not played Red Dead Undead Nightmare, but I have owned it for years. May check it out soon.

Used to run a Special needs behaviour independent school years ago..... Had a PS2 set up and would often play the kids at Fifa Street... Used to run mini leagues and all sorts.... Great fun.
Hi great video as always. I discovered in some cex that I been into and I picked up a few ps3 games without the manual, went to the counter and asked if they have the manual and they did. some of them keep the manuals behind the counter with the disks. Also they said to me the more expensive games they keep manuals behind the counter also. So worth an ask 🍺

You should check out Xena on Ps1 I remember it being a good game back in the day, I didnt know the n64 one was a fighting game, I thought it was the same 3d action adventure like the ps1
Also army of two is a brill coop game, deffo if you can get someone to split screen it with

There is that 1 left... OR you could have bought "kingdom hearts the story so far" which has all those ps3/ps4 games on 1 copy for the ps4.

@@OGDuffy Just googled it again, i thought it was but my mistake, its a ps4 release, now i remember the reason its a ps4 release is because 1 of the games runs on the same engine they used for kingdom hearts 3 which was a ps4 exclusive, so my bad, you cant add it to your ps3 collection, totaly misrememberd!
i dont have the ps3 any more - just the ps4 n ps5, since my ps4 has account ban for life (no reason given) so need to jail break it to be able to play em

Hiya OGDuffy: I'm just as mad as you when it comes to buying games, movies an' all from my local CEX shop, but unlike you I catalog every item I buy. I scan the covers and catalog them into different categories/genres etc, and store them on my phone so that I know what I have and can know in an instant if its worth buying. As for my budget - what budget!

Gundam there store's of brake away colonies of earth the Gundam units themselves are Mechs basically super large robotic powdered armour with a hint of smarts to aid in battle and movement they fight on land in the air and out in space there direct control robots under human control I've got a couple of the model kits myself and you don't use glue to build them they snap together building them is very therapeutic some people paint them and even build dioramas to display them

Great video! Manuals… who cares though? Nobody ever actually uses the manual haha. I’m a collector and I’ve always found that funny. People only want it because it makes game “complete” but it serves no purpose.

You failed your challenge lol, tomb raider underworld is on the hd collection. The hd collection has legend, anniversary and underworld. But joking aside its great to see others loving PS3 its such a brilliant machine, I'm personally going for a full set and I'm on 705 but am glad to have all the HD collection knocked off the list already and most of the expensive ones (godzilla etc). Been collecting for it for about 7yrs now
Its a great system... The games still look and play awesome to me. Defiantly liking the HD collections aswell. Might have to niche down on those 😎😉
This shop CEX are crazy they put console prices second hand the same price as new console easy to compare ARGOS & CEX its ridiculous

All lego Batmans r ace ive played all of them this and Lego Harry Potter and Lego Pirates of the caribean r the best tho i dont know y they didnt do ps4 of it but some have it like HP and Star Wars lego

Iv currently got a 42 quid cex voucher burning a hole in my pocket thanks to a Minecraft story mode complete edition pick up for Xbox one I paid more than I usually do for that at 6.99 but insta traded it in for 18 quid vouxher to add to a previous voucher. I could push that up to 50 quid with my latest pick up of lupin III the first movie I picked up today. But that one might be a keeper as I remember everyone in the household enjoying that one when we watched it on one of those dodgy free streaming sites. But with little mans big 07 just around the corner I get a feeling that voucher won't benefit me lol. He could use a tablet and that will help ease the strain on my wallet if I put my voucher towards a half decent one. I'm shocked to see the current price of fable anniversary on 360 though. That price has always bounced around in cex and I was lucky enough to grab it at 8 a while back. It's currently sitting at almost double that in store these days. We have that (by we I mean me) Harry potter Lego game. It's a favourite of little mans. I'm sure I only paid a quid at most though. Paid 50p for Lego Batman 2 lol.

Recently started the original Fable again and still a great experience, it really is one amazing game. And the LEGO games are great fun... Got loads of them, especially on the WiiU but not played many so need to change that in the future for sure. Starwars galactic battlegrounds was more like age of empires. Empire at war was more of a Rome total war clone

@@OGDuffy love them. Played all the ages of empires , command and conquers, starwars galactic battle grounds. Also really liked LOTR battle for middle earth, I upgraded my ram just to play that as it kept stutter during the battle for helms deep

@@OGDuffy great game, probably can get it on gog for less than £10 digitally also the sequel came to consoles. I had it on the xbox360. But I'm not a fan of rts games on consoles. You need a mouse really
I was surprised to see GTA V selling cheaper than GTA IV. GTA V was £4 and GYA IV £5….
The pricing structure that is CEX.... Maybe they sell more copies of IV thus the price difference? That would be my guess, as you say interesting.....😉

Tetris 2 was so bad, stick to the legendary game that was the original.
Fallout 3, I sank about 30 hours into on the PS3 a couple of years ago. Bloody great game.
I too, have not played Red Dead Undead Nightmare, but I have owned it for years. May check it out soon.
