☕HOT CHOCOLATE INGREDIENTS☕
-3.5 oz of semi-sweet or dark chocolate (chopped)
-1 cup + 1 tablespoon of milk
-1 teaspoon of corn starch
-2 1/2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
-2 tablespoons of powdered sugar (I've seen people use regular sugar for this as well as a substitute)
INSTRUCTIONS:
-Chop up all 3.5oz of chocolate
-Mix 1/4 cup of milk & corn starch in small bowl, set to the side
-Put the remainder of the milk into a saucepan & bring to boil
-Once milk is brought to a boil, whisk in the 1/4 cup milk & cornstarch mixture
-Slowly whisk in cocoa powder
-Slowly whisk in powdered sugar
-Slowly whisk in the 3.5oz chopped chocolate
-Then once everything is in, continue to whisk for a few more min & then set to side to let cool before serving.
