This combo looks more impressive than most of the others I have seen it looks like you would have a easier chance of messing it up, most other people just keep spamming a couple moves like light spear cannon, and some other floater which is incredibly easy to do. I give you props for having a more complex combo.
The video is most likely done on the Unknown difficulty, which gives enemies very high stats. Their defense is so high, any weak weapon will make it so you only do one point of damage.
So this combo is... 7 normal attacks+Severing Wind+Bloody Howling+Tempest. I'm surprised with the timing. And I have to say it looks more imrpessive then the Severing Wind+FOF Change void tempest combo.
You have a few choices that -I- know of (since you asked): 1: Import a North American Xbox360, and Tales of Vesperia. 2: Buy a PS3, and import the Japanese PS3 version, or wait on a possible North American version.
You'd have to import an American PS3, or a better idea, import an American PS2. Then import the game. Switch American with Japanese if you want the Japanese version.

Revive art it means when you die you will revive automatically
