A lot of these speed records are just claims. Is there a video proof of bolide hitting 311mph?

Good point. I was looking at the Chiron did hit 304 mph in testing, but for the Bolide the videos only have the lap times instead of the top speed run, so could be that they figure that it can hit 311 mph since the Chiron hit 304 mph and the Bolide is on a diet.
