Finally! Thank you for a tutorial for someone my size with clear directions and estimate of how much yarn needed.
Glad it was helpful! This is something I struggle with too. I also always need to add length to things for them to fit right! I can't wait to see what you make!
I finally found the nerve to try a hexi sweater but didn’t want the fabric of holes the granny squares gives. I had heard you could use other stitches but wanted to see one before I tried one.
Thanks SO MUCH for this tutorial! I will try it and I feel confident I can do it! I crochet slowly so I’m hoping I don’t get sick of it and put it in time out before I start finish! 😂😂😂 You did a great job!!! 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾🥰
THANK YOU! ❤❤❤❤❤ I agree! Sometimes I just don't want the giant holes. You've got this!
It’s beautiful and I love your explanation. Thanks for sharing!!
You are so welcome!
Such a helpful video! I was really struggling to figure out a linen stitch hex cardigan and you made it make sense. ❤
Glad it was helpful!
Thank you…love the idea of using moss st…and your description of getting additional width and length, plus adding cuffs❣️❣️❣️❣️❣️
You are so welcome! 😊😊😊😊😊

Thank you for this tutorial. I saved the video for later as I want to make one. This is pretty.
I'm so glad you liked it!!
So glad you turn your work! I do that, too! I love this tutorial. Thank you.
This tutorial is exactly what i was looking for. I love seed stitch i cant wait to make this!
Glad it was helpful!
This looks like an interesting and fun pattern. Only thing I wish had been done differently is have the camera closer to your hands like you did in the granny hexagon tutorial so it would be easier to see what you are doing.
Thanks for the feedback! I'm always trying to improve my videos :)
This tutorial was so well done and easy to follow. Thank you! (also love the color choice. Halloween-movie-watching sweater ftw)
Oh thank you! I'm so glad you liked it! 🎃
Thank you so much for this pattern. I’ve been wanting to create a linen/moss stitch cardigan and just imagine how excited I was to stumble across yours. By the way, I felt this way about creating a mesh stitch cardigan too. I’m currently working on the pattern from your YT. Thank you! Thank you! ~Sage
I'm so excited you found me too! Thank you so much! ❤❤❤
So beautiful!! Thank you for the excellent tutorial!❤
You are so welcome! Glad you enjoyed it!
I love the moss stitch, this is great! Two questions, can you start the hexagons in a magic ring & is the end project still warm in wind? Tyty ♡
I think you could totally start with a magic ring! I just learned to start granny squares differently. The sweater is super warm - I actually use it as a jacket in the fall/ spring. Wind can sometimes cut through it as it would with any knit/crocheted item.
Awesome tutorial!!
if using the moss stitch i keep seeing that when you tighten the magic ring it leaves a hole, does that stay there the whole time? or are you able to tighten it more so it closes up?
There will always be a slight hole with a hexagon cardigan. If it really bothers you, you can always put a few sewn stitches over it with a yarn needle!
Very pretty.
Thank you! 😊
I used that yarn for zombie kitties
So fun!!!
really nice!
Thanks!
I just looked through your videos to find the tutorial for the sweater using the granny stitch as you suggested. Can't find it. Could you please give me the link to it? Thank you.

I’m struggling with the side where the rows meet- I’m getting an extra stitch every row. I’ve tried a few times and I’m not sure where I’m going wrong. Any tips?
That is definitely a tough spot! When I join rows and start a new one, I double check to make sure new stitches line up with previous rows. I also originally learned this stitch from TL Yarncrafts' tutorial for a linen stitch square and found it really helpful!
Are you able to give a small tutorial on how to extend the body? I’ve been looking everywhere for a plus size pattern!
Hey there! I just continued the stitch in pattern after sewing the two hexagon sections together but only went around the bottom edge. You can do that same step with any version of a hexagon cardigan tutorial. I am planning on doing another one early in 2023!
Would anyone know how much 8ply yarn i woupd need to make this for myself? (Im about a L- XL)
Google says between 1500 and 2250 yards! Since I used probably that much in worsted weight that sounds about right.
how many rows for a large size
it totally depends on how you want it to fit! I recommend working each side until it hits the measurement you want. the great thing about hexagon cardigans is how easy they are to adjust!
Que enseñas ?la mesa?
¡Lo siento! Sigo trabajando para mejorar mis videos.
This is very confusing when you crochet like that. Can't tell what you're doing at times and I'm not a beginner.
So sorry this tutorial didn't work for you!
Well if you are not a beginner than I guess you don't need this video.
No and nice to steal other people's projects this is the project of joyful creations
LOL no it's not
