Cody reminds me of Bruce Wayne from Batman (🦇) which means he appears to be stiff and he works well against fluid wrestlers like Nakamura (👺) & Seth Freakin Rollins 🏆!
Cody Rhodes is very similar to Bruce Wayne in regards to his struggles with his parents, his alter ego as The American Nightmare and being stiff...... I also think that Gunther 🥁🏆 should be his "Bane." 🤔🗯

Rock calling himself The Final Boss is ironical. What's that all about? It has a whole lotta something to do with the ending of Reigns-Rhodes II. He has the final nail.
Agreed. In some stories, be it films, books, and games, "The Final Boss" is the real threat, the guy controlling everything (which suits the Rock today), or as you say, is holding the final nail to someone's coffin and influences the end of the story. He's the Former Champion (also Rock) standing *behind* the current Champion, pushing his reign (no pun intended) from behind the scenes in his office and/or in person (in Rock's case probably both barring a turn), waiting for the protagonist to reach him and settle all business, only the Rock is the type of Boss/Executive that just can't resist getting out of his chair and taking the fight to the protagonist/s instead. That's how I like to describe the whole "Final Boss" thing.
