Thanks to the UA-cam algorithm, I just discovered your channel. Welcome back, and I will need to catch up on your past videos. I have a Devil Diver with a yellow and blue bezel and agree with you that it is a fun watch. Aside from the Doxa, another affordable alternative to the Devil Diver would be a Seiko Turtle diver, particularly the SRPH57 with a sapphire crystal, ceramic bezel, and (best of all) a turtle shell pattern on the dial. I look forward to watching your channel grow.
@caktaylor Aww thank you, that is so sweet of you! And I love the yellow/blue color combo! And Seiko has so many fun watches :) I plan to review another one soon
Great review. Aside from your IG, I don’t know you at all, but it’s so clear you’re being yourself and not playing a character like many watch reviewers. I love that! Also, the way you really dig into the design, the vibe, and emotional components of the watch is great. So many reviewers never even touch on this. Finally, you get creative and thoughtful with your descriptions instead of copy/pasting the same jargon from every other review. This felt so honest and authentic, like the way watch friends share their enthusiasm with each other. So glad I found your channel! Subbed.
@marcosdoyter7460 Thank you kindly! I just looked up the Clive Cluster variation and it is super cool! Hopefully I will get to see one in person one day
@DrFernandoHidalgo Thank you! The next full length video will be on Monday :) I filmed it in Barcelona so it will be less formal but I have more watch reviews to come as well!
Mine runs within COSC and is easy to "back Hack" just turn the crown counter clockwise and hold it to stop the second hand. This is a great movement IMO and is made in Japan...not china.
@@camarocarl7130 Sure I never said it was made un china bur 8 series myiotas are well meh in any watch over 300 bucks. It is like buying a hublot in a sense. You know sw200s are avaliable in watches for as low as 500 bucks or say a more fair 2000 dollar watch like an oris and you're paying 5k or whatever for the hublot.
Sorry to rain on your review but really, couldn't you have researched the pronunciation of this classic brand name? Phonetically it's pronounced 'BullaVA', with the emphasis on the last, not the middle, syllable. Jeez
Nice video, tbh I change my Watches often so I generally don't set the date and often not even the time because I don't want to wear out the crown operations. We all use our phones to check the time. let's face it Watches these days are fashion items for a lot of people, also lume is really overrated, even divers don't use traditional dive Watches anymore. That Bulova is in my bucket list.
Your my favorite watch reviewer because your reviews are very personal. Plus you have such a beautiful voice!
@@chienlongkelvinlee1080 That is so nice of you to say, thank you!

You can't describe it better! I totally agree with you.
@@typebflieger That is so kind of you! I really do feel like my reviews are like talking about watches with friends :) I do this because I love this!
@@chienlongkelvinlee1080 I'm so glad!
Beautiful furniture. Congratulations.
I am just speechless.
On diving watches, I am thinking about the Doxa Clive Cussler. It is a crazy watch.

She’s Back!! 🎉😃
@Carloshernandez-kk7dp I am indeed 😄 I plan to post my next video next week!
I tried this on didn't like it but great review.
I'm suprised at how well it fits You. It's a good looking watch.
I agree! Thanks for sharing the comment 😀
I am legally and morally bound to subscribe to a watch channel hosted by a redhead. And so are you.
Hahah love that and thank you!
Great comeback video!
@alfonsinho74 thank you so much!
Great looking watch

Thnx for review🎉🎉🎉🎉
Aww thank you so much!
It's Bull-a-va, not Boo-lov-a.
Good price.
You like large and hefty watches with functionality 😅
100% haha
Is the bezel saphire capped? Your arm tattoo is new?
@alfonsinho74 the bezel isn't capped :) and yeah, I got the tattoo this summer!
It's a shame the movement is kinda meh in these. Thats why I'd rather buy the gmts.
We all choose the components of a watch most important to us:) thanks for sharing!

Sorry but I have to say not crazy over this at all, weird proportions and just too large.

@@GRIFFKILL exactly! I'll only do it when I really want to for some reason or if I know I will be wearing the watch regularly for a while
