My thoughts exactly. I basically skipped the medium sections. But that last episode omg. Until seeing that I seriously thought death was like turning off a computer or light bulb and you cease to exist. But that was some solid evidence that changed my mind. Looks like there is more beyond this life.

@@glennsmooth1243 when someone "flatlines" with no brain waves, no heartbeat, eyes shut, and unconscious and YET they lift out of their bodies to the roof and witness everything happening below them with coherent lucid awareness you HAVE to then question whether mind is JUST brain activity or whether there is something else unique going on. those who say maybe these people are having an illusion or a "brain storm" before death must remember that the experience is ULTRA vivid and more real than waking consciousness :)

That’s the problem with a lot of this stuff, is that people tend to group everything that’s outside of commonly accepted beliefs as ‘paranormal’.
For example, mediums/ghosts (questionable) are put with NDE’s and Past Life Memories and considered of the same merit. For the latter, the sheer frequency and amount of similarities in testimony paired with the physical evidence to back it up (i.e. brain dead for over an hour, or recalling verifiable details of past life) really sets them apart.

I read about some insane things...like a man who died but was revived. He actually was able to say exactly where the nurses put his personal belongings because he was watching from above. Another was a small child (4 yrs or so) who died but was revived. Afterwards, he started asking his Mom about his sister who died (I think it was either a late term miscarriage or a newborn...very traumatic situation). The family never spoke to him about his sister who passed away because he was too little. He even knew his sister’s name and spoke about how he met her. It’s stories like that that make me believe. ❤️

I'd love to believe this too but.... Something that is so blatantly good "evidence" is always suspiciously not backed up....
Like let's say that man who died and knew where his personal belongings were. Why couldn't we get the nurse's perspective? Where is the footage of her explaining that he INDEED did know where the belongings were, that he confirmed it with her before she told him. Where are all the other people involved in this and what do they have to say?
Anyone could hallucinate and say whatever they want about themselves but it's so weird to me that when third parties are involved in the story they're never involved in the evidence.

There are people who have apparently seen Hindu gods, as well as Buddha and probably others, even if they don’t follow those religions. I’m not necessarily saying nothing supernatural or spiritual could be happening but personally I feel like if it’s a sign of anything it could be that whoever God(s) is/are, they might not place so much importance on whether or not you worship them or at least do so “the right way” so much as something else, like potentially the kind of person you are or the potential you have should you go back, but that’s just me speculating.

I had a NDE. Prior to going to the hospital I kept hearing a voice telling me to go. “Go to the hospital”. I was in so much pain but I was afraid I was going to waste their time and them treating me like I was crazy.
When I finally went, hours later, suffering in horrible pain and barely being able to breathe the Dr told me that my blood was thick. I told him about my moms clotting history.
An X-ray and CT Scan confirmed I have a medium blood clot in each lung, partial dead lung in the left lower side and fluid in both lungs.
    That voice saved my life!!
While I was in the hospital recovering, I felt someone gently hold my face in there hands and kiss my forehead.

Obviously you have have done zero research are near death experience. The earliest near death experience stories occurred even before Jesus was even born. The Warrior by the name of ER that's what philosopher Plato was talking about, died unexpectedly. For that. Of time he was dead and then he soft revived. In 1983 I was in an antique store with my dad I was bored. I opened up a box of glasses wrapped in newspaper. Open the newspaper off it was printed in 1912. The newspaper talked about a woman who died on the operating table and she floated above the operating table. She watched her entire surgery and I believe the doctor was trying to revive her and remember this is 1912. I've seen the same stories over and over and over and over very similar throughout the decades I've read about stories of people died and going to heaven again over and over and over. These are not hallucinations and these are real. Pocket system does live outside of the body when the body is temporarily dead. The patients have gone into waiting rooms and listen to their parents crying about them in the operating room. In the case of Colton Burpo from Heaven Is For Real oh, he got to see the spirit of his dead sister in heaven. When he revived he told his parents about his sister. His parents never ever told him about their stillborn baby. They were shocked! Lastly near death experience survivors have a credible new things happened to them like telepathy and, clairvoyance

If it helps, I was hanged unintentionally by playing tag near a pole with a broken cable, as a kid. What I remember is feeling something wrap around my hoodie and pulling me up enough so I didn't touch the ground and my eyes closed. Feeling nothing, like a good sleep but somehow councious. A kid got me down and then I opened my eyes and took a deep breath. Since then, I've always had questions, going in every sector, either religious, either scientifical. I've always felt something was different with my experiences after that, having better instincts, intuitions, reading people better than the majority and their intentions behind their words and actions (it's weird because u get upset on them and they don't know why you're doing it lol). I believe in the paranormal, fantasy and I don't believe at the same time. It's such a complex subject that I never feel to find absolute answers, just answers good enough to make the illusion that I'm right or shitty ones. So I hope this can help me find more answers, but if it's nothing close to my experiences again, the search will never end lol

You were connected to something with consciousness. Something that could protect you from dying in that age. You probably received a part of that consciousness because you were a child and had a pure soul. I have a friend she fell out from a roof of 2-story house when she was 5. She survived! She said that when she was falling she felt something hold her body and softly put it on the ground!

I had a near death experience in 1985. I have flat lined as I was being triage by EMT’s to the children’s hospital. As I was taken by nurses and the ER doctor, I was taken into an emergency room where I was being worked on.
I knew where each person was in that room, when my clothes were cut off, when the nurses where talking with the doctor about bleaders and heard the pulse machine in only one single tone when I flatlined, heard my aunts husband my uncle yell at the doctor to hit me one more time with the paddles, I then came back.
When all this was happening as there are many more details, I was above and behind my head area.
The next day as I made a recovery, my doctor asked me if I remember anything and I described everything In detail to include the movie posters which were hung on the ceiling as they are carting me to the operation room.
The doctor even said that I would never use my right arm as normal as I should prior to the injuries sustain because of my accident.
I grew up as a normal kid. To be able to play football, basketball, boxing, track, joined the Marine Corps and many other things I did in my life.
I would have to say that my doctor not only saved my life, I saw things I shouldn’t remember because he said my eyes were closed and they taped them during surgery. But yet, I remember many details all the way into surgery and many other things that I encountered when this happened to me as a young teen.
Is there something more than what we think that reality is?
I know and have to say yes to this question. There is more to our bodies than what we think there is.
I even as soon as I could, visited the fire station of the EMT’s who saved my life as too the doctor who took care of me at the hospital.
I even thank the nurses as I explained that I heard them talking about not having enough of my blood type and many nurses and other hospital employees came into play to give blood to save my life.
I am very grateful for what they all did for me in my time of need.
So, yes there is something more than what we know in actual life.

I had a NDE as a child because I existed with a stressed-out vicious female that had experienced the 1929 stock market crash/STEAL. Her and her parents were very anti social. None of them hugged me or kissed me. None of them were glad to see me ever. I was hit and called all kinds of ugly names that still follow me today.
That childhood was overwhelmingly sad for me. I was not allowed friends ever. I never had a boyfriend. I never went to parties. I didn't learn to socialize. Teachers were angry at me. BUT, I felt beings around me. they talked to me loudly. I felt them around me touching me They told me to have compassion for that female that I never called mother or mom or anything. I have blanked most of it out except for snippets. The best thing about this story is that I was shown what books to read, like books on channeling and healing and holistics and physics. Physics is the best because I can write that it was proven a long time ago that none of us die. We are being created by the light of existence itself, literally. Quarks are this light. From the book The Quantum World written by the physicist Kenneth Ford are these words: "constantly bursting forth are quarks spinning billions of times a second as 3 points of light forming protons and neutrons". As you can see, we are totally light. The physicist Barbara Brennan wrote the book Hands of Light to tell all of us that we are eternal holograms and eternal electrical energy fields.
Doctors are not taught to think about the quarks and atoms we consist of. All of us consist of 7 billion billion billion atoms, each one an electrical energy field. That is why electrical machines are created to measure people in hospitals. Why don't doctors wonder how we are electrical while at the same time calling us biological?
Biology would not exist if not for those quarks and atoms that are energy and light. Not studying physics in preparation for becoming a doctor is the worst thing that has ever happened to the people on this earth. Doctors have started out not knowing what kind of beings we really are, so they call us physical and then say we die. That is so totally wrong. This idea of death puts people in all kinds of stress their whole lives. Believing in death causes wars and prisons and all the cartels of the world that think they can push us around because they think we are useless eaters. Believing in death makes people keep on being on earth even when it would be better to leave. We are super beings able to fly out of these bodies. There are hundreds of books that say we are set up this way. There are mechanisms that allow us to detach from these bodies so that we can leave every night. At what is called death we visit many dimensions, only staying in those that look like fun. It is my opinion that I should not be in this one because it has rarely been fun.

Its not exactly a mystery....we are electrical beings and we have our own “frequency” and Even when you have an illness it’s because your body frequency has been tuned to white noise. Its like scanning and searching for a radio station... your body has to find the right frequency again in order to heal from disease. When our physical dies, our heart stops at 0.00 which is a dead tone but the energy carries on...We are around, But just tuning into a different channel. We can only be seen or heard, by those sensitive enough to pick up our specific frequency which is why mediums are able to make contact. Frequency is never-ending...

I finally came to the conclusion: nothing "supra-natural" happens. It's all natural - we just aren't fit yet to understand these things. Maybe once we will know much more about consciousness, electromagnetic forces ... we will "get it", how a passed Loved One's spirit, like Alex, could use a TV channel to send his widow a message, or to steer a pigeon and an eagle, and to make his last living friend feel comforted by a coat of love ...

Maybe we havent invented an equipment to 'see the soul' yet.
1,000 years back we did know know that our bodies we dint know that our bodies conducted electricity, but know we do and its not some vodoo magic anymore and hence we are comfortable with it. the same way we will be comfortable with the concepts of spirits and souls, and after life.

I don't however believe that we would come back as the same soul, since it changes and or builds up, you may be reincarnated but be comprised of energy from several sources. Most of us on Earth have not just been here before, but MANY times before. That's why there are "young" and "old" souls. You know children that seem to have wisdom of old people? And old people who seem extremely immature and do horrible things? Most of us fall somewhere in between. The more love, compassion, peace and wisdom someone has, the more they have experience on Earth. They have been in all kinds of positions so they have learned their lessons, they know how to feel compassion for everyone. The young souls haven't learned those yet, so they can be very cruel, greedy and selfish. There is nothing wrong with that either, everyone is doing their best on their level of consciousness. We have all been there before, it's part of the divine plan. What are we here on Earth to do? To ultimately remember who we are: divine, sovereign beings of Light and Love.

Believe me, this show won't give you the answer. They are just paying people to say crap.
The answer is most likely so simple it doesn't have enough material to make a show. Humans ego is just too damn high to accept that one day they won't exist or that life without them can't continue. Are you in Paris now? no... well life there flows without you being there, doesn't it? It's same with death... Plus we have been dead before - before birth, I mean we are all coming from there and still have the decency to think there is more for us after death. Do you remember seeing Jesus flying around before birth? I most certainly don't. Everything that we are, is our brains... and once the brain is gone.... well you get the point.
If you look at the Universe and how brutal every process is in it, and how it doesn't care for anything (and compared to the Universe we are but a dust in the wind).. You would realize how logical the answer to this question is.... At least in my opinion, I don't know, let's debate about it :) ...
Also when I say "You" I mean all of us as humans, I am not attacking you, in case that was unclear, I am just looking for a decent convo :)

one of the mediums said that when you see a sign, that sign will be easy to see, and you will see it like you see anything else; well, she was so right, I had a sweet little cat who died of complications from a surgery, and after I came home, I sat on my sofa, I looked up and there he was, sitting on the coffee table, he turned his head looked at me, and then, he jumped up and away; he was healthy, and beautiful; I had always heard that the other side was on a plane approx. 3 feet higher than the one we are on now, because when he left, he jumped up, and into 'something' that I couldn't see, like through a thin veil; I was more at peace that day, after seeing that. My wonderful partner died in 2019, but as far as I know I have never seen any signs from him :( I believe that animals are honest beings, and don't have any spite or hate; so if you are open to seeing them, you will. A long time ago I fed a out door cat, she would come to my sliding glass door on my porch, she had to climb some stairs, and jump up on the railing, then jump down to get the food, it was a distinctive sound that I heard every morning, and I would see her there, then one morning I heard the sound, but did not see her, and that happened for the next week, then it stopped, the food was always there waiting for her, but it was never eaten, my kids heard it too, so it wasn't just me.

This isn’t to bash anyone’s beliefs just food for thought.
Atheists believe that nothing happens after death. That life ceases to exist and that’s it, nothing. But what is nothing? Nothing doesn’t actually exist, it is a word humans made up to describe the complete absence of something. So for example - there is nothing on the table over there. However there is always something. Air molecules, light, energy, colour etc.
Then on the other hand, we know for certainty that life exists because we are living life right now.
So ultimately we know for certainty that life exists and we also know that nothing doesn’t actually exist. Thus, meaning life (in some way/shape/form) after death is the only logical conclusion.

    • @Adinayla
      @Adinayla 3 роки тому +2

Ahhh I see what you mean... I can't speak for other atheists but when I say there will be "nothing" else when I die I just mean that when my brain stops functioning, I can't sense my surroundings and I can't think/feel anything. I don't believe that we have a soul that travels somewhere but we have a consciousness that exists when our brain is able to function and that can not be there when we are dead.

    • @charlyroussel
      @charlyroussel Рік тому

@@Adinayla the problem still exists since conciousness will have to percieve nothing. so this becomes a paradox while you believe death implies nothingness, the perception of nothingness is just as unexplainable as a sprit leaving your body.

I'll say this, the first episode is really good and thought provoking. The cases of near death experience and commentary by various researchers and professionals is very interesting, but the following two episodes about mediums were just a joke. They were seriously some of the most cringe and hard to watch things I've ever seen. The "professional" mediums that they showed were nothing but con artists taking advantage of people's grief and desperation to reconnect with their lost loved ones. It was sad honestly, because I've grieved before and know what it's like to want to tell your lost ones that you love them one last time, but please don't fall for scams like these. Seriously, when they showed that one lady making those possessed voices at the beginning of the third episode I literally lost brain cells by how stupid it was. Then when they showed a group of people doing a remote face time seance, I just turned it off completely. The people who take advantage of others like this are just awful. I haven't seen the last three episodes yet, but I'm doubtful they'll be any better. Like I said, the first episode was great, I recommend watching that one only if you really are interested. The entire thing should've just been one long documentary focused on that only.

Science cannot explain this phenomenon and most scientists follow the bias of reductionist materialism, they can't even solve something called the hard problem of consciousness which is one of the biggest problems in science yet so core to us experiencing life as living beings. If they can't explain that then they definitely won't be able to explain what happened to you. They have no idea where to even begin approaching it. True scientists (unlike him) will not deny your experience, they will simply say they don't know how to explain it, because we can't. It's outside the realm of scientific knowledge, atleast for now. You definitely visited the other side and lived to tell the tale. I would definitely recommend you watch this as it will be really reassuring for you hearing from others who had similar experiences. the scary (and tragic) thing is one day - a long way off in the future - a scientist will probably make a tablet or liquid that makes you live forever or certainly makes your organs last another thousand years...but not in our life time..this is terribly tragic for those that will live before it's made, and whom do not believe in life after death, and whom want to live forever..
I'd say NO to the pill because as much as living forever would be good in one way, you'd still be living with shit people who are destroying the planet, killing each other, and you wouldn't be with your family.
There is of course the possibility you could live on another planet with a new family and live happily after after BUT I reckon that is most likely the stuff of science fiction.
I think nature has always intended for us to die..and that there is an extension of consciousness thereafter.

Few days after he passed, I was able to hear his voice several times. My brother felt his touch. My mom witnessed his image from our window twice . Even my fiance heard his voice once. All of this faded away quickly. I wish to hear his voice once more and tell him how much he meant to me. We never get to say goodbye.
