He just showed one of my absolute favourite tropes of games. When they remember your previous save somehow. The biggest example is how undertale works, like with toriel the first reset she asks you if you prefer bscotch or cinnamon, in the second reset she will guess your previous answer. If you answered with cinnamon she will guess it was cinnamon somehow remembering and will call it Deja vu

I don’t remember but undertale was like the second most game to go off this style of game
