Great review! I think my beer did re ferment a bit in shipping. All my cans that stayed cold are fine. But this is an unexpected point that I learned about my beer, if I plan to ship maybe I should stabilize. Man I love this club! Still learning every day! 🍻

I actually really liked the tart character, and it was present in both cans. I think it was certainly a nice dimension to the beer, imo..
