  • Have you ever been curious about the VMC speed in #aircraft with many engines? Let's simplify it.
    Minimum controllable speed, or VMC, is the equivalent of an airplane's superhuman speed during an incredible engine outage. Many considerations are taken into account when determining this speed under 14 CFR part 23 section 23.135C, particularly for aircraft certified under the former 14 CFR part 23 section 23.149.
    The airplane tends to roll and yaw when one #engine is given more #power The speed of VMC is increased as a result. It is comparable to exerting greater force on one side.
