Thanks, I'm ordering this now. I have a low sided plastic crate attached to my front rack so Ill be attaching to the bottom of that as a flat mounting surface instead of the bars. May use a wood block to space it up a little higher if needed so it clears the sides of the crate.

Any truth to these types of wracks being hard on scopes? Been told the gun boots are a better choice for firearms with optics.

I guess that would depend on what type of rider you are. however, if you’re going out to your Deerstand or just driving around your property I don’t think that’s going affect it at all. there is as you probably noticed some rubber mounted bushings inside that soak up a lot of vibration. in my opinion, as long as you take it easy and you’re on fairly smooth trails I wouldn’t have any concern but if you start getting on it pretty hard maybe it could affect your accuracy over time.

I ordered a set of their double mounts. Absolute garbage. Super flimsy because they took out way to much plastic on the back. If you own an expensive gun you care about, do NOT buy these.
