@@tkxmix One or anther way they suggested. And never both of them. You adjust what presents in your particular carburettor for adjusting the mixture. If your carburettor provided with adjustable main jet so you adjust it by main jet, if your carburettor equipped with adjustable needle than you adjust it by needle. And as I think but it not required by service manuals you can to change position of non adjustable jet carefully by hammer (and appropriate socket or anything) for rough pre adjusting. But when you feel it really need only. 😊
